Load save then return to main menu. This unlocks all cosmetics. You need both

Move the file you downloaded into the game folder (make a copy of the original file just in case) and do step (4) if you have the file "system.smg" in the folder indicated

1) it's not crack files - it's patched game files
2) you're right. 7z compressed is ~15mb in size
