I could go into settings and the game might switch into 4K, my GPU might go well over into 98% of usage, not to mention the spikes based on where you are.

This guy should really hire someone that can optimize the maps, I gotta play it in 30 fps, meanwhile I could play Death Stranding in 4K maxed out without the GPU reaching the 80 C° as it does here when trying to play in Full HD, 30 fps.

Are you sure the menu is set to 4K? I thought the blur filter in the menu was the problem. I'm using Afterburner with RTSS overlay and I don't see a resolution change in the menu.
I've got FPS capped at 60 though, otherwise the game would probably go to 4 digit FPS converting my PC into a room heater.
Agree on the dev needing help with optimization but if The Twist is any indication that'll probably never happen.

Yea, always cap the frames when you play indie games, and especially when playing porn games, they are just notoriously bad at melting cpu/gpu.

I played "Last Train Home" (great game btw) and my GPU hit 86c degrees, I went "shit", capped the framerate to 60, and now it runs at 46c.
