The sleeping scene is after you've had sex with her. If you visit her at night while dad is there, you can fuck her in her sleep. If you visit her on friday, watch or "lose" the peeping scene, then go back into the room. You can sleep with her, then choose to not wake her, and fuck her until she wakes up.

i found a bug i think right after the Balcony Segs with Janice for the first time it was late like 22:00 and it said i need to go to bed and spawned me outside the Janice apartments and and so i am curious , so i went back to Janice house and after loading it spawned me BALD , Naked and said i need to go to bed and kicked me out , and so then my Dumbass went to the Detective Isabella Apartment and then my screen just went black and never got inside and i also didn't made a save recently so i had to start from a bit early in the play again

Just go into the shop second time and you can pay Freya back. Nyomi is at the gym on weekends. You will need to find a good corner where you can oversee the whole gym and skip 2 hours at a time until she'll appear. You will need to train with her twice. both times using different training equipment.
