The problem here is YOU don't understand. These people are asking for a save file from someone that started new version 14 from the begining, then played up to the end of content to version 13. They want a NEW save 13. As you stated, old saves don't work.

After you help Brenda with the dishes , you will get paid 5 dollars once per day to repeat washing them .

I do have the option to massage her legs. I did massage her shoulders and hug her after that.

Until its fixed i found a workaround: Change her accessories to the new one you got (#3) on all available outfits (Night, swim etc).
That should make the massage option available

It changes nothing by my save. The loop is there if I change all to 3 or not.
