Actually there aren't, Tags are the clickable bits under the title, they help you search out games, the bit under "genre" is just supposed to be a description of the game.
Because you haven't told the Mods to apply them to the game yet, click report, choose other, and tell them about the tags that belong and why.

They mean Documents folder, everyone has a Documents folder. Documents/SeasideMystery
Also if you use OneDrive as your default Documents folder, don't forget to check there as well if you can't find it in your user's Document folder.
It's either C:\Users\[username]\Documents\SeasideMystery OR in your onedrive
search for "SMsavegame0.dat" to find exactly
