Your anti virus program probably put the cracked gameassembly.dll into quarantine.

I turned off the antivirus and copied the crack but it still doesn't work

First of all, never turn off your antivirus.

Second, add an exception in your antivirus/antimalware for the game. Look up how to online if you need to.

Not activated yet. As for now the butt plug is necessary for the scene on the sun lounger.
Once it's unlocked for customization you are free to do whatever it'll be.

I played version 27.1 from the beginning to get past the lighthouse issue and then went back to play the newer version.

That's most likely a side effect of that DressUp code some folks were discussing a handful of posts ago. They went on to post a pair of full saves without the code.

DressUp is a code particularly used for bug testing and not recommended to use on a regular game play.
