Well, if you are able to massage her butt and she is ok with it and your guy walks away with a hard on at the end, then you are done with the quest. If that is the case you probably reached the end of the content for this version and your questlog is bugged, because the task should go away. But im not 100% sure.

if the stain is buggy have you finished the backup to remove this stain

Are you asking me, if i fixed this bug? Im not the developer...
But for me, my task list is empty after i have done everything, so im just guessing that it must be a bug for you. I dont know how to fix it for you. But if you have done everything, then just wait for the next version.

is it just or me or my game is bugged i can't skip time and i don't know what to do... i think i need to restart a story but i don't have the energy to do it all over again i'm so doneee..........

I accidentally bought the painkillers before picking up the quest, and I can't give them, because I need to buy them first.

Is there anything I can do at this point? because I have no way of earning more money afaik.

There will be a stack of them at the kitchen sink.

after you help her the first time when you pick them up off the dining room table and in the living room, the mc will auto wash them, after that they will show up at the sink, just click on them to wash them.

I wonder if there's a bug then, because I was standing by the sink going hour by hour and it's empty :S

I have done that first one that you mention.
