to unlock the park - keep doing task for emily, have her help you with your homework, do task with other characters, at some point, emily will message the mc about jogging in the park

credit card and coffee shop - at some point you will get a task for emily, something about going to the kitchen, once your in the kitchen, she will be at the coffee maker, talk to her, go to old town, as soon as old town loads up, the coffee shop is across the street where the mc is standing, you can buy coffee there, and you will also see a woman sitting at the table, her credit card is on the ground behind her.

just keep doing task with everyone and it will unlock.
