I am just curious, Emily's Upper Wear 7 and 9 are simply doesn't exists? I think I tried all the codes and all "Outfits" are available but those upper wears are not.

Hey guys! Maybe someone can help me, I'm stuck. Starting a new game.
Played for several hours. In the task manager I have 3 tasks:
1 Talk to Janice at the beach
2 Spend time with Brenda in the hot tub
3 Get Emily's help with your homework
So, I can’t do the first one because... I’m missing 1 unit of charisma - I don’t understand where to get it (at the mirror in the bathroom he writes to me something that I can’t increase further). In the second, I also don’t understand how to increase the relation (level 1 and 1 more part of the scale is filled). And in the third I also can’t advance due to Emily’s lack of points...
I tried to interact with different characters in different locations at different times. Opened 4 characters Brenda (lvl 1, 1 part of the scale), Emily (0 lvl, 1/3 scale), Janice (no progress), College Teacher (0 lvl, 1/3 scale). 4 locations - Home, Beach, College and street with shops. My stats are Strength (1 lvl, 1 part of the scale), Endurance (0), Charisma (0 lvl, 2/3 apparently), interrection (0).
Well, actually it’s not possible to progress any further =( if anyone can tell me, thanks in advance!

I think I just found a bug. I tried to follow the walkthrough(new game again) and everything was ok. After meeting with Janice, Brenda asked to bring a letter, which was not in my playthrough. And here’s an important point (actually, apparently a Bug): I had 2 out of 3 units of charisma( 0 lvl). I received 1 from Brenda after I brought a cocktail, 1 more seems to be after a conversation with Emily(about parents). And then (!) I couldn’t increase it at the mirror. So it's important to use the mirror BEFORE giving Brenda the drink, otherwise the game will apparently be stuck like mine.
