guys anyone know if i can even run this game with old PC ( a i7-6700 and gtx 970 ) ? what is the min req ?

Dunno if this answer might help you, but 2 years ago my ol' laptop may it r.i.p. with an i5 and an ati mobility radeon hd 5650 card could dance to this music.

If it's not a quest, you don't talk to her and just process the story elsewhere.
[If you actually have the quest to talk to her, try a different time.] But from the sound of it, it's probably the first option.

It’s an actual quest that I have. I’ve tried talking to her at different times but it still does not work.

As far as I remember MC had to talk to her once (leaning against the wall on the opposite side from the classroom on the first floor) and because of her bitchy behaviour the next station was Oli with the task to talk with him about her.

2- near michelle house(v.25.1)
3- fountain in old town(v.25.1)
4- at rocks on the beach on hammock area(v.25.1)
5- Lifeguard tower (v.25.1)
6- Janice Bathroom (v.26.1)
7-Michelle second floor terrace(26.1)

My guess on why it didn't work for you, is because you're playing v0.25.0, the code was made for 0.25.1.

The one on the lifeguard tower at the beach

The last one i'm missing is, at rocks on the beach on hammock area, which i can't find, can someone post a image for me
