Go outside into the garage.
In the garage there will be 2 blue crates on the shelves, interact with the second one.

I think he said something about going to the library, IIRC. Are you skipping the text dialogues? It's easy to miss hints for the next task if you do.

Go to the adult boutique "Endless Lust" and interact with the sexbot on the left side.
If you don't skip the dialogue too fast it will tell you what to do!
