Downloaded it from Pixeldrain got a corrupted file and now it takes a million years to download from the other options, huge file also, I remember when someone uploaded big ass files splitted into two and in different hosts so you can get it faster, those were the days

Vikingfile allows me to download archive in 5 minutes, mediafire - less than 10 minutes. Definitely not "million years".

I found a loophole to run the game without replacing "GameAssembly.dll":
You need to create an empty file "System.smg" on the path: "C:\Users\<%USERNAME%>\AppData\LocalLow\KsT Games\Seaside Mystery\"
