A hacker is not a person who modifies code, but rather uses tools to hack a system, and a cracker is a person/developer who creates those tools to crack.
Probably, you need to do the reverse engineering and implement/inject a translation class/object into the game.
But it is not worth such effort; maybe the developer could add simple functionality to overwrite raw text translation files.

same answer: the dev is actively blocking it since it can be used for debugging game besides the translator
All that remains is to wait. Мaybe someone will come up with a way to bypass the blocking. I didn't succeed. I am upset
