when you press the power button there is a menu where you can choose to save the game, save the game and quit or just quit, that was a mistake on your side dude, and if you used uncracked version of the game then you will not have an option to save or load the game

Yes but in the sense of returning milf characters, the "plot" doesn't really include them much so far.
