Lots of bugs.

I need to get charisma to level 2, which needs to get a book from the librarian. Librarian has "New" on talk but nothing in the menu. So I am stuck. I've done all the math homeworks and unlocked library.

Are you on an old save because he bricked her progress last update, you needed to start fresh or save edit your charisma as a workaround.

Maybe they should make a note in the OP you need to start a new save from 0.17+.

The dev disabled it since 0.17.0 for whatever reason, before 0.17.0 it worked but not since.

Not sure what was unclear to you, I can't even click anything. That includes dishes, talk to ppl, open doors and so on.
Plus the menys at the top of the screen are gone which I showed with my screenshot but thx for trying I guess.
I've played the game before and know I need to talk to mom and then go to the sink and help with the dishes.

I was going to mean collect the dishes on the table and then go to the sink, but it doesn't look like you're having this problem

When and Where is michelle on the beach, and there is just this woman marked as stranger in the cafe that you cant talk to so anyone know what to do?

What have you tinkered with to get both tasks at the same time, Michelle doesn't turn up at the beach until you meet her at the cafe.

The Stranger is Michelle, look behind and you'll find her credit card, this is how you meet her, then she'll be on the pier at certain times

I don't beleive time means anything in this game (other than NPC movement), you could spend a thousand in game years in bed and the queue of stuff to do will stay the same.

No body is encountering multiple LMB inputs on one click on UI elements? Like when you skip time it will skip A LOT. And also the whole menu system is all messed up by this.
