Latest, by definition, just means "of most recent date". So it's not described as their final game, just the most recent one they're making - the newest, or the "latest".
I don't believe anything has been said thus far if this will be their final game they make.
I don't know if it's because I'm too old to keep up with the reaction, or my 1080ti graphics card can't show the trajectory of the volleyball normally. It's really too difficult. Often I can't even get three points.
it might not be possible I haven't tried v0.18, do I know V0.17 wasn't possible (even hacking the speed), the last version I know for sure that was possible was v0.16 (a workaround for v0.17 was to load the save in 16, then back to 17 once it was done, it might be the same for 18).
there certain time when the ball leaves the area where you can return it.
you might also be leaving it too late, try hitting it just as it enters the target area, before it completely enters the red zone
It is difficult to correctly judge the trajectory of the volleyball flight, and it often appears curved at the end.
Start the game, switch to Cheat engine, follow the instructions in the spoiler, then switch back to the game (keep cheat engine running)

yup it's difficult, upload your save and I'll see if I can move you past it, I'll try v0.18 first if I can't do that I'll load it in v0.16 were I know I can do it.
Just now I tried it, 0.18.1 can't adjust speed with cheat engine.
I have tried many times myself, and now I can get 10 points at most. It is said that I can get a swimsuit with 12 points...

It should be noted there wasn't any Outfit unlocked notification so you might have gotten it in a previous version, but she stumbled and fell like the original win in v0.14 or 15, so there definitely wasn't a higher score.

And you know what the very best thing is?This was a Nice update, there was a lot to discover and experience, good pacing for an update. (Not too little content) @

There's a good chance that a new update could be released this Sunday. BUT this is not an official statement from kst. Judging by the upload behavior so far, the next update would have to be on 06/25 or a week later on 07/02. We should have an eye on it
