Look for the version 0.25 on the forum, I can only attach a save, I have 0.28.2 installed. Install 0.27.1 first, look for messages from the end of October. Everything works there.

How can I re-trigger the Brenda Burglar event?

I have already done the quest and it is in my diary, but I want to retrigger it so brenda also wears her outfit, I remember being able to let her wear an outfit...

Yup, if you still want to play edit your save game and change the "breq" valve +1. My "breq" vaule was at 44 so i changed it to 45 and i skipped the bugged mission with it.

I can´t find the breq valve on the save file opened with the notes, can u tell me where it is pls?

or any other savegame editor, upload ur savegame there press ctrl+f and search for "breq". But dont edit the "breq2" value. Have fun!

To clarify,
the lighthouse issue with 28.1 and 28.2 is not at the initial lighthouse visit. That error was solved for me.

The issue happens again after 2 more lighthouse visits when they almost kissed.
Blackscreen stuck loading same as before.

Did you try window mode and a lower resolution in settings menu?

I did, fullscreen, windowed & lower res. Same blackscreen.
