Does it plays like the Twist or was it improved?

It plays very much like The Twist (load times especially), with the addition of mouse-driven walking/jogging in pretty much every area, and similar minigames and at least one that's not.

It's generally an improvement, especially with a functional in-game guide/hint system, but as mentioned still has The Twist's most eqregious flaws.

Yes you can, but for 3D games of this caliber, you'd need an android device on par with a mid tier computer.

I think it's already in the game, in certain scenes, you can choose to remove them or let them wear it.
