I managed to find Freya, unlock the old part of the beach and show it to her. In case this might be of use to someone, here's what I did:

1. Find Freya on the beach on Wednesday at 13:00
2. Talk to Juan on Friday morning at the gym
3. Meet him at the start of the road to the blocked part of the beach
4. Find the crowbar in the garage
5. Talk to Juan again at the gym, on Monday morning for me
6. The old part of the beach is unlocked
7. You can find Freya on the beach on Wednesday at 13:00 and show it to her

2. Talk to Juan on Friday morning at the gym

Juan is in the Gym at Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. You can talk to him anytime.

If i rememver correctly the scenes you are missing will be completed by working / helping in the Sex shop.
You have to fuck the second sexbot a couple of times so you won't cum to fast when having anal Sex. After you are a pro you can go and "conquer" Michelles (Was it her?) ass.

I remember I did that part and I came quickly maybe that's what I'm missing and the 2nd bot I did it 1 time XD

1: Go to the cave and find the keys > Go to ISA's house and look at the diary
2: Sleep for 3 days
3: Call > Go back to ISA's house > Go to the cave and you'll find ISA there
