You need to decrease the affection level for some chick; you need to check the level requirements in the scenario file and modify the save game. Check previous posts.

Well, at least they finished the "Promise" miniquest... Quite honestly you can safely skip several releases and catch back up in an hour or so from an old save.
As for number of LIs you can have sex with, four of them have repeatable scenes (Brenda, Emily, Janice, and Lisa), and Wei Lin has a single scripted scene. Michelle's content is just an embarrassment given a single anal scene that lasts (quite literally) five seconds.

With more time and content, I really feel like this game is coming together nicely.
Though, I still feel like it has the drawback of being too linear and with very little to do besides following the plots of the main LIs despite being relatively open world.. and I feel like that won't ever change due to the continuous demand of story progression from the fanbase.
Like, instead of going around to a random place for something to do, I have to skip a week to try to trigger a certain event for any new content. I don't feel like that's particularly engaging.

There's no need to be an arrogant asshole just because someone might not know how to use CE.
The rest will have a crack if someone can figure it out. There's no need to ask for a crack every time.
