I recall reading a post about VAs being delivered later, he said iirc he wanted to release the game now and then patch with the few missing voicelines to give proper time to the voice actresses to finish them well

A damn shame, it feels like he didn't even know what he really wanted to do with Seasons of Loss and decided to rush it and just be done with it.
