edit: Sorry. Just realized that Build 0.8.6 is still only for Patreons, so disregard the above stuff. Also the crash I mentioned has been fixed.

Do DEV already stop making vanilla content update ?
Looking at the changelog and it just pin content and backroom update straight. at first few release the game has maybe roughly the same amount of content for both side. now it 10/90 , no pin compare to sharing content. it's like if you don't give pin to girls then just don't play the game.
I don't mean the game was bad or anything. many players enjoy the game right now. it's just genuine question.

I don't know if the game was ever supposed to be played fully in a vanilla way. Sharing seems to be baked into the game's DNA.
Can you even advance the Main Story up to Ame's first date without the triangle pin?
Also their has been barely any Main Story-content released in the last year or so. Only 3 Main-events and one of those was the Q&A event. The rest was mostly clients and some random events.
So I don't know if the lack of vanilla content stems from that. Because most of the stuff you could consider vanilla is part of the Main Story or Cynthia's side story.
Also RareAlex has been pretty focused on gameplay and performance improvements for some time now. I seem to remember him announcing something along those lines on Patreon last year or so.
Honestly, I would love for him to advance the Main-plot a bit more.

How to unlock the backrooms and get the girls fucking clients? I already have 2 out of the 3 the triangle pin, do all of them need to have one?

Just keep progressing the game, you'll reach the point where backroom is available, do your cafe things, talk to the girls, upgrade your cafe etc, you'll reach the backroom not so long after.
if u don't want to keep play the cafe for whole time, there's an item in shop that let you skip the day, instant to night, but read the item description otherwise there'll be consequence...
Unlike most porn games this one is actually kinda fun, I don't mind playing, good to know I didn't miss the option somewhere.

Additional notes : you'll need the Gloryhole room later after backroom is unlocked to sell/share/prostitute or whatever u call it, the girls, and it's need progressing too, ie : u start with handjob at first, then u'll need to do HJ for few times to upgrade it to footjob, and then goes on, until u reach the main dish a.k.a fucking (also for story content, u can check each girls client requirement, fullfill it and see what u can get with it )
Haven't really complete the current game version myself, pretty much need to play a little bit longer for me, but this game is enjoyable and no need to rush thing, maybe try spice it up a bit by urself yeah? Cheers.
If this game ever goes on sale anywhere I'd love to buy it when it progresses just a bit more.

Not the dev but I can at least answer 2/4 questions and speculate on 3rd
1 - yes, both for clients and maids
2 - only Alex will know
3 - this one will be a speculation based on the fact that Alex has a hard stance AGAINST netorare, events on the line of netorase and netorare are likely to be rare, but being "owned" in sex is something Cynthia really likes so this kind of hardcore sharing is not off the table
4 - absolutely not for any of those
