If you're seeing the sharing scenes with the clients, then you gave her the triangle pin and Sergil already had the discussion with Cynthia that starts the sharing content. The triangle pin is in the shop where you buy stuff from the guy who sells items. There's no actual NTR in this game where the girls leave Sergil for some random client or anything like that, but each girl does eventually have this sort of mind break moment where they do just fully accept the sharing aspect, that Sergil requested of them, moving forward and their respective kinks for it. Further up in the thread some of us were discussing NTR generally and opinions seem to vary, but the dev has in the past said there won't be any netorare where the girls up and leave Sergil. They're loyal to him first and foremost. This is not a netorare game, but a sharing game.
The triangle pin situation is part of the sideplot of Sergil asking the girls to do these activities with clients in the cafe because he enjoys watching them do it, knowing they do it, and sometimes being involved. Each girl has their own reactions and arc about this in their own way as you see in their respective sharing scenes, but at the end of the day, they are still loyal to Sergil and unless the dev does a complete 180 on the characterizations of all the characters, the storyline for all parties involved, and his own words, it will remain as it is now, just sharing. Some characters like Cynthia and Sergil do get off on the taboo unknown side of it a littler more than the other girls, but it still is all part of the act at the end of the day.
If you don't give any girl a triangle pin, then you'll never unlock those scenes or see any sharing content. They wil only have scenes with Sergil. The main story is mostly about Sergil's own version of sharing, or really cheating initially, as it revolves around him starting relationships with all the other girls without Cynthia initially knowing, although it's more implied she's into it anyway, but yeah that's where the cheating tag comes from.
The alternative to all of this if you didn't give them the sharing pin is that you're experiencing a bug as you can only unlock those scenes if you give the girls the triangle sharing pin.
