I definitely get where you're coming from, but considering what the dev has said in the past about this game never going that far and how it always go back to Cynthia being devastated at the thought of Sergil ever leaving her and vice versa when the topic comes up, I just don't see it as coming close to a true NTR (meaning girls leave the MC) experience. To me this seems more like Cynthia's flavor of the corruption/mind break side of things, which does vary slightly depending on the girl. No doubt she loves sex with many people, but in terms of actual love and romance, only Sergil can give that to her, at least in so much as the story has gone out of its way to show us. I know there's a lot more to their backstory and relationship we still don't know about.
For Sergil's side of things, I also never saw him as too worried about it once the events start playing out and considering that he does the same exact thing, and even worse technically in a way with actually cheating without ever telling Cynthia about the other girls, at least for a while iirc. The football one I think is supposed to be the latest event for Cynthia in the timeline iirc, while the jock one was the first so the taboo also wore off for her it seemed like to me too.
But I definitely get it considering the flavor of the scenes, for sure. Maybe it's because I've played plenty of full on NTR, girl is stolen or whatnot games, but despite all the sharing and cheating going on here, it never had that same vibe to me. You do bring up a good point about if you're actually viewing this as if you are the MC, something I personally don't do, maybe one would feel different in the moment.
As an aside, when I made my prior comment, I forgot about how a lot of discussions focus on NTR in an umbrella term perspective, so I clarified my comment slightly to mean that I don't personally believe there is any NTR that will happen where the girls will actually leave the MC.
Yea i can understand your perspective, and i think a big portion of the "NTRish" feeling comes from the fact that many of these stories are incomplete, like the gyaru couple one. That one really, really needs more context on exactly what was happening on that date, why cynthia is literally fawning over the guy like a newlywed in her photos, and why cynthia was so flippant about not making MC aware ahead of time. As of right now the gyaru couple story literally looks like the beginning of an NTR route; She got a taste and now she wants to go further, MC be damned. It's basically in the same state the sports fans story was before the "aftermath" event was released, and then rewritten to make it more effectively defuse the situation. The story right now is on an awful cliffhanger that really paints it in a dark light.
I think the main theme of Cynthia's content, as mentioned early on in the main story, is that she actually has a bit of a jealousy fetish. So her route gives off serious NTR vibes as a result; she's basically trying to play the role of the debauched GF falling to pleasure with her lovers, and teasing her boyfriend about how much fun she's having, to try and bring forth said jealousy. Which, for me, i hate that shit, as that is literally the main thing that separates NTS and NTR; not needing to feel jealous of what she's doing because you trust that she'll always return to you. But with the way Cynthia acts, she's almost trying to give you the impression that she's fallen to pleasure and cant control herself anymore, that she isn't with these other people just for the sex but for real intimacy, kissing, hugging, all that jazz, especially during her date with the sensitive jock and her date with the gyaru couple, which you'd think if Sergil is the only one she really loves, she wouldn't want to do that with others and it'd just be the raunchy sex. I mean hell, after the sports fans orgy she literally gets a permanent tag unlocked indicating that her inhibitions have been permanently destroyed. But as you said, when push comes to shove, she always reasserts that the only one she loves is Sergil, and is terrified of losing him. I just wish the game did a more consistent job of showing that side of her. It really seems like the creator is trying to basically illicit the same feelings of betrayal, jealousy and emasculation you get from an NTR game; All of her sharing partners are better lovers than the MC in one way or another(bigger dicks, superior stamina, making her cum harder than she ever has before, etc), but then hand waive it away by having Cynthia just say after the fact, nope the only one i love is sergil. All it'd take is for her to just...not do that once, and boom you're playing an NTR game.
Take the sensitive jock storyline as an example.
The sports fan "arc" i think has mostly gone in a better direction, especially after the follow up event with cookie where cynthia gets incredibly pissed, punches them, and threatens to kick them out of the house when they mention she should just leave MC and get with them, since she "belongs to them more than him now" after how good of a fucking they gave her. They were literally pulling lines straight from a typical NTR storyline, implying they had conquered her and stolen her, and she straight decks them for it, which was awesome.
I guess time will tell, i'm really rooting for this one because i do really like the concept, just a lot of Cynthia's content is giving off really feel-bad vibes right now.
