Probably not worth it to try to patch incest in for Aria, she doesnt have a ton of content yet but what she does have is written pretty clearly as a separate entity in the story from Sergil's sister. This isnt some find/replace job where sister is just replaced with childhood friend.

Yeah, it's quite annoying how it can change between some games. In some games the changes are lazy and should be replaced but in other games it's more comprehensive and replacing the titles results in a much worse flow.
Yeah, I know. But I like the sexual stat screen and how grinding legitimately for stuff affects it, since I already have plenty of cash/popularity anyway.
I didn't know how to do it. I simply misclicked on Ame because I wanted to check out Kawa and Aria dialogue with Sergil in the main menu.

I'm fairly sure there are a decent number of people who'd be interested, the possibility did come up earlier in the thread and the general consensus was fairly positive despite the lack of anyone offering to make one at the time.

Nah, you're missing the issue. The issue is that PATREON isn't ok with incest. Credit card processors are also pushing that issue. So the character was originally supposed to be his sister, but she wasn't really in the game yet at that point, so once it became clear that having actual incest would get the game banned permanently, Alex had plenty of time to rewrite the character.
So whereas some games can have an 'easy' mod, that basically does the equivalent of Find-and-Replace to put the incest back in, this one would require a TON of work, because the character has diverged so much from the original. AKA, she's no longer a sister, and it wouldn't be simple to make her a sister anymore.
That's why polls about an incest mod were a thing: they have to balance an potentially huge amount of work over how many people really want it. I, for example, don't care either way. If she had been a real sister and the patreon ban wasn't a thing I'd be equally as happy as the current state.

You definitely don't have that straight. The character (Aria) was changed to not be a sister (because visa/mastercard wont just do their job and accept payments for things people want that are legal) to Sergil before ever actually being introduced. Add on to that, most people in this thread are in support of a potential incest patch. The problem with a patch would be the difficulty in rewriting several scenes so that they make sense. Not to mention needing to redo/add to the patch every time a new update comes out. Nobody is saying "ew incest" here. I'm not sure where you got that from.
Oh I see now. I don't know how patreon works but honestly I don't think it will be much of an issue if the sister is added eventually. Don't think patreon will be checking every single game and update to check if it has this or that.
The sad part is that patreon doesn't have to check every game, there's whistleblowers galore. keep in mind these are the same people who lobbied mastercard and visa because porn games are 'bad for our nations youth' and crap like that. All it takes is one person who says 'fweeeee! immoral game here!' and it gets banned. There were hundreds of games who's itch.io and patreons were summarily deleted with no warning when it first popped up. STEAM was even hit.
With the massive amount of effort that thousands (and maybe tens-of-thousands) of people put in to petition and quite frankly harass MC/Visa, they've since backtracked. It literally was a battle they could not win, especially with people who worked at said call centers giving advice and stuff lol. But certain things still stand. So unless Alex finishes the game and decides he suddenly doesn't want more money, I give it zero chance that incest will exist alas.

Some of this actually started in Australia (they went viral when they tried to take down Detroit: Become Human because they said it promoted child abuse...which is the opposite of what's in the game). Karens exist in every nationality. Some MAGA-tards actually oppose this kind of debanking, but only because it might stop their crypto schemes.
