Roxanne's ENF Exhibitionist Game is a clear clone of this game/Seleka, but it introduced some more complex "getting caught" mechanics. It is much jankier than this game and I don't enjoy playing it, but after trying it I hoped this dev would take some inspiration back and enhance the systems here. Security cameras were a cool addition for example.
Didn't know about that game, I'll check it out tonight. Love that there's a whole 'genre' around this type of game
There's also static security cameras in some of the maps in Manaka like in the convenience store. Wish this game had a modding scene, there so much potential for variety in the gameplay.

I thought Roxanne came before SF. I could be wrong

If someone can ask the dev to compile in mono instead of il2cpp, the modding scene will grow exponentially.
Right now, Im having a hard time with il2cpp

Instead of the whole NPC catches you flashing too long > You lose the whole run; I propose a police system.
Personally I think SF is very unforgiving but it's part of the reason why it's very fun to play. Kinda like extraction game you go in with a goal to get everything and taking that risk of dying instantly. It's the core of the game.

Tho i do agree sometime the game feels unfair. But i think maybe tweaking other aspect of the game. like walk faster when your vibrator on strong mode, hear louder and further when blindfolded etc.

also these type of tweak seems achievable with mods

could you make this a MEGA download? bitdefender is blocking the download
I can add some mirrors, but maybe you should silence your Defender first. That link is fine.

It would be better for modding. But I haven't seen any devs go this opposite way. Either the games stay Mono or in the final stage they go the Mono->IL2CPP switch. Who knows what impact it would have on the game.

Original Rox (more inspired by Roshutsu) yes. Then the project died and was reincarnated into a new more Seleka-based Roxanne and also one of the original developers stole the original project and gradually started his own "Roxamantha" project...now "Samantha", where sex is planned and much darker themes are also included . But it's unplayable garbage for now. Rox is better.

There was Roshutsu (famous for being forever alpha), then Roxanne (Experimental) which aims to pick up the demands of the former game. Then Seleka came along and shocked the world. Seeing its success, Roxanne went through some major changes, creating the current and a splinter project Samantha.

Alright, my idea for clearing the apartment elevator paid off, and I got the full clear!
Traffic is really low in the apartment, so getting to floor 10 nude is easy with a little patients. Getting off at every stop is easy if you just go to the stairs and check the floor below / above you before going up a level.

Instead of the whole NPC catches you flashing too long > You lose the whole run; I propose a police system.

Upon being caught flashing or naked too long by a Civilian NPC, the game freezes and the caught animation still plays, but the Civilian is instead shown to pick up a mobile phone and call police. Afterwards, the game unfreezes, control is returned to you and new Police NPC are given the coordinates that the ‘summoning’ civilian NPC had caught you flashing/naked and will run to that location. All currently existing police NPCs on the map will sprint to the last known coordinates with maxed out 'unease' gauges. After arriving, they will stop in place, turn and look around the area and then for the remainder of the current 'run' (Until you return home or are caught) Police NPCs that exist naturally (Downtown, Central Park and the Mall) will be in an alert state.
Alert state attributes:
* Unease gauges stay at 50% baseline, regardless of suspicious activity happening near or visible to them.
* Their walking speed is set at NPC max.
* They have a unique walking animation that has them holding up a flashlight and pointing it forward. This is mostly an aesthetic choice and helps communicate to the player their current state and makes them much easier to identify from a distance or even around corners.
* They're given a fixed 'patrol' route that is not susceptible to RNG wandering NPC behavior. This behavior will make them more predictable and hopefully make this state a bit easier to play around.
This patrol route will have them cover most of the Downtown, Mall and Park areas that npcs wander. This includes the bathroom, laundromat, vending machine areas, elevators, etc.

While in the alert state, if you're in an Police NPC's LOS (Line of sight) and your face is unobscured, they will quickly (equivalent to a 150% detection risk) identify you and begin chasing you. The same applies if you are naked/flashing in their LOS.

After being caught by a Civilian NPC, the player is given a tutorial that explains the police mechanic and introduced to a couple ways of counterplay:
* Putting on a clothing item that obscures the face (Masks, Sunglasses, Veils etc) will make it harder for police to detect you if seen by them! Doing so will decrease your RP multiplier by **X** amount.
* Other tips lmao

Upon being captured by a Police NPC, you are given the failure screen and lose all earned RP. I believe this will encourage the player to be willing to take more risks during normal gameplay as there is now a cushion between being discovered by an NPC exhibiting and losing all your RP.

Police NPCs will spawn naturally and wander around in the following maps: (Downtown, Central Park, and the Mall.) These are densely populated areas that make sense for them to have an active presence. They behave similarly to regular NPCs and will use vending machines, sit on benches on their phones and will talk with civilians and other Police NPCs. They never spawn with headphones or walk around while on their phones. They do not exit these maps or enter stores.

On the following maps: (Convenience Store, Clothes Shop) the police will never spawn naturally and will be summoned to the area to investigate the last known player location. If they do not find the player, they will leave the area completely. To penalize being caught in these areas, the employee NPC will have their base unease gauges increased by 20% each time the police is called to the store for investigation. Otherwise, they function the same.

Police NPCs should have a distinct footstep sound that makes them easier to identify and distinguish without direct line of sight. Helpful for first person/blindfolded exhibitions. Maybe even give them a walkie-talkie sound effect.

Police NPCs should be slightly faster than Manaka's base running speed. This makes the threat of being pursued by them much higher and further incentivizes sprint upgrades and proper map knowledge.

There should also be new missions centered around the Police NPC. Some examples:
* Be naked while being chased by an officer.
* Successfully avoid being arrested (Completed after being chased and them losing LOS of you)
* Splash semen on an officer.
* Perform a pose action near a patrolling officer.

EDIT: I tried to post this on the creator's blog and hit the character limit :censored:.
Anybody know of a better way to better way to contact the dev with suggestions or should I just shorten this?
I had a similar idea as well. Yours is much more thought out but I like the idea of police instead of instantly being caught, mainly due to the extra added pervyness of continuing to flash even though they're coming. It adds even more to the risk. I imagine unique reactions from the NPCs that are shocked by you not running but instead continuing even though they're arriving, and missions to match that. Like "continue exposure while police are only 10m away" for example, or a dynamic one where the RP multiplies massively the closer they are to arriving.

It would be a very substantial and large undertaking though. That is a lot of brand new systems that he'd have to make.

Hey Bun, I have a quick question about First Person View. I've noticed that when I'm doing flash while being watched or showing off missions, the npc has to be in the view of the camera for the mission counter to go up. Do you find that to be the case as well and how do you get it to work?

Ah, you know I never noticed, but you're right. It's not just first person mode however, it's both. Is that new? You still get points towards the mission and the missions will complete with a *bing* even if they're invisible.

Yeah from what I can tell, as far as the mission counter goes, the npc only counts as watching you while you're seeing them in first person view or third person, they don't have to be seeing you per se just rendered. But off screen they can still raise suspicion even when you aren't looking. I was just curious.

I'd Imagine this is due to the blindfold mechanics, so you can't magically tell if someone is watching you when you see the mission counter pop up.
