Is there any possible way to tinker with clothing upgrade system? I like it, and I like having all the buffs from 30 pieces of clothing. But I don't like actually wearing 30 pieces of clothing. It is incredibly hard to find any combination that doesn't clip with itself too much and looks decent. What I would like to do is to reduce max number of items to 15, but double the potency of upgrades. Or an option to hide some of the equipped items.

There is a very crude solution using cheat engine table: unequip items of clothing I don't like, and manually adjust stats using cheat engine. I don't like that.

Anybody have any ideas?

I'd Imagine this is due to the blindfold mechanics, so you can't magically tell if someone is watching you when you see the mission counter pop up.
Ahh nice catch, that makes sense...maybe he should only enable that for the blindfold since it kinda sucks otherwise.
Maybe mod suggestion: RoxManaka mod. :D
That is definitely one of the locations I would add to Manaka if I could. A bigger one though, like a supermarket. A big college-sized library is another thing the game needs. And a college campus on that note. I'm not sure if modding this game could get that advanced but I really wish for it...
So can you actually fuck someone in this game now?
They're going to add sex scenes eventually but not right now.

To be honest, I usually minimize the bepinex window after starting the game, but I still say that I believe it's normal for it to give warnings as it's looking at all the Unity values. As long as the game is running fine and the plugins are working, I would ignore them. (y)
About 5 to 30 minutes after launching the game, the game suddenly freezes and crashes. I suspected that these numerous warnings and error messages might be the cause

 Interesting. Are you using the DocRipper prepatched, and are you on windows?
What I have tried so far.

1. 1.0.4 uncensored version with 1.0.8 censored version overwritten
-> command window does not appear, mode works fine, but crashes during gameplay.

2. follow the bepinex installation guide to apply uncensored mode to 1.0.8 censored version
-> command window is executed and displays captured errors and warning messages, then crashes at some point.

3. 1.0.8 prepatch version
-> command window is executed and displays the same error and warning messages. I only checked the error window and terminated, so I don't know if it will crash or not.

I do get warning messages while playing, but I've never had a crash. You might try restarting your computer. Hopefully someone has a better answer for you. Runs fine for me, sorry.

Yes there is, by simply setting the bonuses individually instead of from the costumes. You can indeed tinker with the value of the effect (e.g. Stamina +20% -> Stamina +40%) but each of those are really hard to find (because the value is fixed, and not randomized) and it's easier to just set the bonuses directly without having that effect in your costume at all.

Alright, my idea for clearing the apartment elevator paid off, and I got the full clear!
Traffic is really low in the apartment, so getting to floor 10 nude is easy with a little patients. Getting off at every stop is easy if you just go to the stairs and check the floor below / above you before going up a level.

Yeah from what I can tell, as far as the mission counter goes, the npc only counts as watching you while you're seeing them in first person view or third person, they don't have to be seeing you per se just rendered. But off screen they can still raise suspicion even when you aren't looking. I was just curious.
Unless I completely misunderstand this; doesn't this actually make sense? She WANTS to be seen. If the camera (and therefore her) don't know people are looking at her, then the mission doesn't progress. Isn't this intended?

The mission is still progressing as usual. It's just that the mission counter is not shown if you don't look directly at the NPC.
