It would be a lot easier if you added the game to Lutris and use Lutris to manage the game.
It makes tweaking the wine configuration a lot easier in my opinion.
And personally, I like to use Lutris to launch Windows games outside of Steam.
Here's a guide that I managed to find on Youtube.
You must be registered to see the links
Follow that guide to add the game on Lutris.
Once added, try running it to see if it launches.
For this game, Secret Flasher Sereka, I've tested using UMU-Latest and it can launch.
Once you have confirmed that you can run the game, now is the part where you try to open the Wine config for that Wine prefix.
A Wine prefix is like a Windows environment, the reason for it is for different programs to be isolated, so they don't interfere with each other.
So you select this option
And the following will appear
Select winhttp, click ok and you are done.
Now you can mod Unity games using BepInEx.
And it works for other Unity engine games using that same Wine prefix, since they all share the same wine config.
Gaming on Linux is a journey and I would have you know that I did struggle this issue in the past.
