If you're part of the Discord server it's already uploaded there. Really the only new content was that the BBC ending was updated to be more like the other ending. It's basically been fleshed out and expanded on.

You have to get to the point with Lena where she invites Marcus and his friends over for a party. Once that happens you'll have the ability to watch BBC porn and bring up your addiction. Once it's at 20 you can go into the computer and trigger the BBC ending.

Did you check your messages on your phone? You might have to have the meet up with Marcus and his friends first. I can't remember.
