While it's lovely to see familiar faces, and me being a big fan of Boxed In, I'm still skeptical about putting the BI family into a spot like this, feels like they are fine being an easter egg, or whatever spicy scenes you planned for them, but then again the other family of MC's father could be a major story line without pulling in BI's characters, will be curious to see how it unfold myself despite all this rant tho

I wouldn't see it like that - from this update it's clear that this is set later, so you'd know Boxed In is not following it. Going into it with that knowledge is all you need to see where the two fit together in terms of a timeline. I personally prefer to consume related titles, in whatever medium, in chronological order, but it's not unusual to have stories go back and explore earlier events, for instance.

Usually I am not a fan of the mc of one game, having sex with LIs of the mc of the previous game's mc, but in my headcanon these games are in separate universes.

To get Alison's 3rd scene do not go to Brook Ridge after Brookvale. Either go to Brook Ridge first or don't go at all. As for Sarah's 2nd scene, you need to shoot Dawn down. It is a one-on-one scene between Sarah and the MC that takes place instead of the threesome.

No, I'm genuinely not. I just don't think there's a continuity problem brought about by playing this before playing Boxed In. You get books and films and games all the time that are published out of chronological order, and it's just not an issue. To use your previous post as an example, if you played Boxed In 2, and then Boxed In, I could see that giving continuity issues, but as you say, this is not Boxed In 2, so I genuinely don't see the point you're trying to make, sorry.

The Boxed In MC is dead. Boxed In happened before Secrets and Promises. Anything with the Boxed In LIs is fine, given the fact he's dead. To say otherwise is giving way too much respect to a corpse.

Even if someone plays S&P first and finds out Boxed In was before it, how is that any different from watching a film that comes out chronologically later but is set before? Rogue One immediately comes to mind. We know 99% of that cast will die yet it's still a great film and nothing narrative is lost watching it after 4-6, which is how most of us experienced it.
Even further making the whole thing silly is that it's optional.

I'm kinda worried the little diverging paths would add up slowly and multiples after several updates, tho not entirely conflicting right now, but variations of dialogs is still a chore to keep track

While it's not NTR, it's just something I don't want to see. I have no issues with seeing affection in public places, so, I'm not one of those. But I'm also not going to be sneaking around to watch someone else fuck. Because voyeurism isn't my kink.
