Dev has said he may put the Boxed In character in a DLC as opposed to just in this game, so that people have to download those characters as opposed to avoiding them in the main game if they don't want to go for them and risk acidentaly coming across them or something. But I'm not sure if it was a sure thing or not, as last I saw it was still just an idea he had but might not be able to implement well so might not do.

Did Badbod say anything about that? Because in BoxedIn, although you can sleep with almost anyone during the game, the ending depends on whether or not you forgive your wife, and that gives you either the ending with your wife and daughters or the one with your sister and other daughters. (if I remember correctly)
To be fair, that would also be harem though, because it's in one of the multiple endings. Harem doesn't have to mean all the possible LIs are available in one playthrough (not commenting on whether all will be available on one playthrough in S&P, although I wouldn't at all be surprised).
