Not gonna lie...I saw chubby in the gen tag and saw the girl on the banner and didn't even give this a chance. Until today...all I can say is Zoe is gorgeous and the cop lady seems like shes gonna be one of them crazy bitches that you regret getting involved with eventually

Why had this game gone unnoticed to me for so long?
This is a really promising project we have here. The story gets you hooked, it's quite original and very entertaining and there are soooo many important choices to make, which I find very important in a VN and others should learn from.
There are ladies for all tastes, from a gorgeous
curvy black woman to a full-figured (yeah, I'm trying to be tactful here) blonde lawyer, including a crazy ginger, 3 sizzling-hot brunettes of the same family and a dangerous minx. Lots of sex scenes so far with different girls, maybe even too many scenes IMHO.
The art section is amazing, the music and sounds fit to perfection and those short clips and effects between scens and chapters are just something else. In no other game have I come across anything similar, the dev intends to make the game look like a TV series, everything being very original and well executed.
My only two objections so far would be:
1) the sex animations are a bit poor;
2)
From now on one of my most favourite games on this site. I hope it will live up to my expectations.

@Eric X. It's good to have you back. I just wanted to say you are doing a very good job so far, to be honest when I played the first release I didn't think it would amount to much and forgot about it. I'm not sure if you improved anything but I kept seeing it pop up and I thought it looked better so I decided to give it another try and man am I glad I did. Everything about it has a different feel leaving me wanted to see more and more.

Yea it could have been the corrections that made the largest difference to my view of the game, but you are also right about the story. I think early on it didn't feel like there would be much of a story and would be more of a fuck everything and everyone kind of game and with errors in the text I made a judgement way to hastily. my apologies for that.Thank you so much for these words @thomasxlong

This game is very above of the average with great chances to be one of the best in the forum. The renders are detailed enough and yeah, the chicks are gorgeous. Also like the setup as a TV show is very good. At last, he story is extremely intriguing and attractive wanting to continuing play to see more. Great job.

Episode 3 Dev. Update: Beta version
Hello everyone,
First, I'm sorry for being less active with posting news here. I am drowning in a lot of coding and rendering, and I raise my head only for eating and (sometimes) sleeping
If you need to talk with me, I'm on Discord most of the time, you should all have received an invitation. If not, feel free to PM me, and I'll add you asap.
In a few days, I will release a beta version of episode 3.
Why ep3 in beta? Because I need you guys to test the game and tell me if everything works
Ep3 will have a new interface, a gallery system (The card system) and some other little things. And, as I am still learning, it may not work perfectly at the first try
Ep3 beta will come in two versions. In the first version, you will be able to test the new interface, the gallery interface (images won't be unlocked because you need to accomplished quests to unlock them), and first scene of episode 3, which is a big scene.
The second version will add all the corrections of the first version and will also add the second scene of episode 3, which is also a big scene but with less actions that first scene, but more "information".
This version will hopefully show you the map for the quests.
And then, episode 3 will be released with the two first quests on the map.
The beta version will be available for everyone starting The Member tier.
I will come back to you soon to give you a proper release date for this beta.

can I suggest, maybe using a different naming convention than "episodes". That sets a certain expectation, and it seems you're doing smaller updates.
Also one very minor quibble.... the thief scene where the "aunt" goes for the crown, shes not wearing shoes.... while there is no toeprint database any CSI worth their job would be able to notice the prints and they are just as unique as finger prints. Give the girls toe shoes or something if you want them to have maximum mobility.... I know I am way over thinking this tiny piece of a porn game but it jumped out at me as a super glaring issue for a group of 'master thieves'

Yes, I'm doing smaller updates so I can release something each month, that's the goal. Because, now, with work, family, etc... I'm only able to make an update every 2/3 months...
So, episode 3 will be composed of several updates (3.1, 3.2, etc...)
Episode 4 will be hopefully a full episode update if I manage to give the game a proper release cycle.
Yes @Tyrranus, you're absolutely right about this. I made Louise said, "there was no fingerprint" and we clearly see Julia's feet on the museum ground.
But when I started the game, it was absolutely all about fantasy in my mind. I didn't care about some details, and I made mistakes I think (MC dick size for example, it's fun, but clearly not realistic. Or The girls jumping on you a bit too fast. And some details like stealing bare feet.)
A lot of people are getting themselves hooked by the story. It is really exciting and scary at the same time. Exciting because, people like the story, and SECRETS is definitively a story driven game. It's a great story. And scary as the same time, because now, I'm asking myself if you're going to like the end
I'm still learning in everything about games, so telling a story is also a learning experience for me.
But yes, I'm gonna pay attention to those details, as I clearly need to give this game the realism the story naturally asks for.
No, no, don't worry. You won't have to grind anything in the game. A map will simply show you some scenes (called here quests) than you will be able to play in the order you want, that's all. What is nice with this, is that you'll be able to play the scenes you liked as many times as you want.

Everything we are is a result of experience, trials and errors, success and failure; you certainly can't expect to do everything great at first try, anyhow I do appreciate that you are humble enough to admit your mistakes and make things right (even though that detail of the footprints didn't cross my mind either) and that's the most important thing IMO.
Despite some flaws I think you are doing a pretty good job, all in all there always be room for improvement in what we do however if you let me give you a piece of advice, don't think too much about what the others expect from you, there always be someone who doesn't like your work, it's natural. Do what you like and be satisfied from you own work and if you realize that you made some mistakes, then get it better, simple as that. On the other hand I can't see the future so I can't tell if someone (like myself) who already like what you did until now is gonna be disappointed about the next updates, but I believe that's really unlikely.
My 2 cents.
P.S. I hope to see some action with Louise in the near future, but let me tell you it's hard to choose a favorite among the characters you created so I guess I won't complain.
