It's better to wait for the fan version, Kirikiri, the Ren'Py version steals your data.
All games localized by Cherry Kiss come with a code that steals your localization, the language you play, your PC data, and how many times you've opened the game, among other things.

There is Kiriki MTL verrsion on Sugoi VN for this game.
As for not playing Ren'py, just my personal preference, Ren'Py always seems laggy, delay to me, and Cherry Kiss always change sound direction, somehow.
No, there isn't any other translation of this game besides this one.
Perhaps you're confusing it with another game?. Even so, the Ren'Py version isn't good. They've put in the audio tracks that were cut, but instead of separating them, they've put them together, which means the generic moans can be heard throughout the entire scene, even when the FMC is speaking, and not just when the MC is making his comments.
So the voices and sound effects are mixed together, which makes the FMC's voice difficult to hear because the sound effects are interfering with the entire scene, when it should only be heard when the protagonist speaks or the scene is narrated.
This is done so that the sound effects don't interfere with the dubbed dialogue lines, but apparently they've even messed that up, so once again, a disaster. They're such a mess that the Orcsorf website lists Fakku Kagura and Sekai Project as the official translation and localization companies, but they don't even mention Cherry Kiss.

My mistake, not Sugoi VN, just on VNDB, it a direct link to a patch.xp3 on MEGA. I played it back when it came out like 2 weeks after the game Japanese release.
