VN - Ren'Py - Seducing the Devil [v0.12c] [DeafPerv]

Others have said it so I'll be brief. The gist of the plot? The Devil made me do it. The story is a hot mess of snippets that definitely does not follow a linear progression. Instead it's a confusing scramble of scenarios that are interrupted by other cut in scenarios that are interrupted by dialogues with devils. Somewhere out of this you get the tidbit of information that the M/C's grandparents molested his mom and aunt as children so severely that mom reached out and made a pact with the devil to end the abuse. This starts up the M/C's nightmare of a life filled with perversion, sex and scrambled relationships. Add in the Developer's admitted HD crash that lost a big percentage of his story after ch 8 where he says he had to restart the story and renders from scratch and you get even more confused.

Pros: Good quality HD renders for models
Lots of sex

Cons: Background renders are bland at times like M/C's Home entrance stairwell.
Models are ridiculously proportioned with hip/ass sliders to 11 and same for busts.
Writing needs better translation and story clarity.
Very clunky animations that are just a couple frame loops and not true animation.
Certain kinks unavoidable.
Over the top writing and A LOT of CAPS.

I do what i do with every game that do this 2 things one after the other:

A scene where something was gonna happen with main characters, but its interrupted. (this particular case is outrageous cause that thing about to happen is placed in the future, are you telling me that in the future there will not be sex scenes allowed? Thats the nessage i get, and i rate accordingly). Later a sex scene in a dream (im so sick of this sequence). Seeing that those sex scenes are not of high quality, it doesnt deserve mercy. Lets see if there is payoff in the future, but 90% of the games that do this shit, suck.
And this game has at least 4 girls that are copy pasted wiht a different face.

This is easy, the dev subverts my expectations, i subvert his.

The next scene is also one of those whre somone knoks at the door when you are about to penetrate somebodyy. I just played a game a few hours ago that did the same thing, and it was also the dad. subverted expectatiions again? well this rating is never going up again.

The next scene there is finaly sex, but you dont see it, you see 2 people talking the doorway. This gets worst and worst.

The next scene is a dream. From here you go to the hospital due to some draam and you enter a free roam mode.

NExt scene is other people attempting sex,you can stop them or leave, but not participate. As it happened before you will not watch a sex scene here. And now i see a pattern.

The you watch some attempts at sex scenes, inside a dream. If sopmebody has read, hello, you will see a pattern too. The sex scenes are bad, 2016 rpgm bad.

The you are in the shower and for some reason he iamgines or dreams about some unavoidable sex scene (yea inside a dream this pattern is beyond annoying at this point)
After this you watch half a sex scene of some lesbians.
Episode 7 and you watch some guy fucking some girl for 3 renders. (definetly not deserving 5 stars this one)

NEx scene is an unavoidable threesome with some unknowngirl, the scene is mostly an animation and if you are not in the mood it wil make you laugh.

The there is some drama and there is sex involved with some random demon, not much to see here, and after some plot twist Female protagonists ask you to make love to her. Guess what? You wont see it happen (more pieces to make this sweet pattern)

After this next scene is thighjob with her, and this makes sense after the previous scene you got with her at the start of the game which was a blowjob.

The next scene is sex finally, and as expected it is mostly a lopped animation, and the animation is bad, it has the phisics inverted and breaks your brain.

From here i cant red anymore, and its dreams and visions mixed up, i dont know what the hell is going on.

I kind of spoiled the game, but is better this way, cause is kind of bad. After fast forwarding it, i think i wasnt unfair with my rating.

It's been a very long while since I've come across a title on F95 which makes me play through from start to finish in one sitting while not caring much about the sexual content. This is an absolutely fantastic (and polarizing) visual novel experience with captivating writing that engrosses you throughout. I can understand why some people would down vote due to the seemingly chaotic nature of the story telling with all the time line jumps, but to me they were excellently done and provided crucial insights into the past to explain what led to certain on-going events between characters.

TL;DR: Despite this not being an inherently bad game, I also can not recommend it unless you fully understand what you are getting yourself into.

CAUTION: This game has strong, unavoidable kinks such as NTR, sharing (including MMF and MFMF), and (to a lesser extent) rape.

[3/5] Story: This game has a confusing story, especially if you are not paying close attention to it. Characters will have their memories wiped, sometimes with no notice, leading to annoying encounters where the player understands what is going on but the characters do not. Furthermore, this game has very few choices, making it effectively impossible to avoid this confusion.

[3/5] Characters: Every character in this game has MC fever. While much or possibly all of it can be rationalized in the context of the story, it also ruins the chance of MC growing a strong relationship with any of them. Even the males have MC fever in their own special way.

[4.5/5] Renders: Despite some nearing unrealistically busty, many of the women in this game are good or great looking. While not being incredible, the overall render quality is very good and the images in OP accurately portray the game.

[*] Final Note: This game has a lot of weird shit going on in it. That, along with the fact that I got quite frustrated with the game, makes this a particularly difficult game to fairly review. I, however, have tried my best to give this game the best and most fair review possible.

My issues do not lie in the fact that these kinks exist in the game. My issue lines in that they are unavoidable.

Confusingly good!

I was really confused what to expect....from the game based on the screenshots and the overview.....

Once i started playing:

The story is confusing at times, but for me it's starts to make sense and i like it....
The pacing was weird ...because you hop to different moments constantly but, once you get use to it it's cool!

The strong sides:

I really started enjoying the characters (all of them)!
There is so much content!
The models... the renders... the quality!
Weird fetishes everywhere!
Different and innovative approach to everything!
Interesting moments and weirdly good kinks and corruption!

Amazing game can't wait to see all of it...Please give it a chance!

The story is original, it begin nicely but become annoying pretty quickly and a big part of the story is launched at your face in a very short time. The MC is a total moron, some caracteres are empty minded and the bond between them aren't clear, at most.

The renders are't that good and there is no real "animations" (3fps loop isn't "animations") , some girls are pretty but not unique physically (due to the lack of different model i suppose).

Then, out of nowhere, you are forced into NTR and RAPE (that are NOT in the tags thread), and sharing/swinging (MMFF/MFF) as stated in the thread tags.
Despit the fact that those kinks are MAJOR, you are not at least a little warned about them.

So to conclude this : The tags thread is a fu***** trap and isn't completed yet and if you hate/don't like those kinks you better go find another game.

Hmm, this is a very difficult game to review.

The game has beautiful renders and is visually stunning.

The game has plenty of content.

The story and writing is where all the issues are.

The dev is clearly talented but the game is basically a pure kinetic fantasy visual novel. There are almost no choices in the game, especially the second half of the game.

For various reasons, all females in the game end up being total sluts. You get to fuck them all. After the first half of the game, anytime I saw a female, I knew I would be fucking her silly in no time. They all drop their clothes and jam the MC's cock in their mouth, ass, or pussy. This is a teenage male's wet dream but there is no realism in it!

No relationship is respected in the game. Mother's fuck their daughters and encourage/train them to be sluts. No relationship means anything to the dev! Everyone fucks pretty much everyone, regardless of the relationship.

This is a game where you get to have it all in terms of sex and relationships. All females line up to suck your dick and fuck you. Yes, some of it happens through demonic influence but it happens nonetheless. The MC basically gets to fuck all females through mind control/demonic influence. Nearly every lewd scene in the game is meaningless because of this.

Characters are also constantly mind wiped by demonic forces and it makes it difficult to understand what is going on sometimes. The game also jumps around a lot so between the mind wipes and the jumping around, the player really has a hard time knowing who knows what and what his actual relationship is with anyone at any given time. This is not a formula for success in my opinion!

The dev says that you really need to pay attention to what is going on but after playing this game it is just a convenient excuse to have a confusing and nonsensical story. It is an excuse to allow the MC to fuck everyone in the game with no consequences (and with little effort on the MC's part).

I was yawning a lot through the second half of the story and parts of it were either boring or just more girls lining up to fuck me.

If you are a horny teenager and don't care about reality, then feel free to give this game a try. The game is highly unrealistic and not in a good way.
It is a "You get to fuck them all with almost zero effort" game.

I personally, prefer games that are more realistic and respect relationships (i.e. don't violate every relationship in the game on a whim).

Too much content has been written to really address any of the game's many problems.

The game was full of potential but due to the dev making the story too far fetched (unrealistic) I can't recommend it to everyone.

Interesting game that could be great but overall fails due to multiple factors.

Cons

• Demonic possession/influence (Lileva) allows the MC to fuck pretty much any girl he wants but also makes the sex meaningless for the most part (not good).
• Characters are being redefined on the fly due to being mind wiped by Lileva.
• Too many plot paths and too much jumping around. Too many story paths are started and then neglected. The story needs more focus. And yes, I payed close attention to everything as directed by the author in the tutorial. I can't read his mind however.
• Yet another game with poor English where the author doesn't use a proofreader. Ask your Patreon subscribers and you'll have half a dozen volunteers.
• Female character models suffer from overexaggerated body parts. I know this is the golden goose on F95Zone and you get more subscribers for doing this but it is too much. The female models are way too thick with huge breasts, hips, and asses. If you look at the females next to the males in the game you'll see that the females are 50% to 100% heavier than the males.
• The MC and Adam in the game don't act like father and son
• Probably the biggest problem in the game is with the unrealistic behavior of most of the characters (more details below)

A few examples of over the top unrealistic behavior:

Ella's mother Madison licking Ella's pussy while she was on the phone with the MC was over the top unbelievable. Ella going along with it was also unbelievable. Turning everyone in the game into pervs isn't realistic. You have to have one foot in reality and one foot in fantasy. If you put both feet in fantasy it hurts or ruins the story (at least games base on Earthly experiences and modern times).

Veronica bumping into the MC's hospital bed and spilling an entire cup of ice water onto his crotch was too much. It then got worse with Veronica constantly rubbing the MC's dick with a single sheet of tissue paper trying to clean up the mess. That tissue paper would have been completely soaked when it touched his crotch and would have broken apart with the constant rubbing. Veronica should have gotten more and more tissue to do any sort of cleanup. The whole event was over the top and way too convenient.

The MC taking adult baths with his mother in his 20's was over the top unbelievable. Remember, one foot in reality and one foot in fantasy. Don't put both feet in fantasy and jettison all reality into space!

The girlfriend Ella having a mental breakdown because she didn't hear from the MC after 12 hours. Then her mother assuming that the MC has dumped her and doesn't want her anymore.

Ella's nauseating drivel about how much she loves the MC. How she can't live without him and can't go to bed without hearing his voice every night. How she wants to have lots of babies with him, etc. etc. Remember, they have never met in real life or even had sex yet. I'm OK with lovey talk but not nauseating drivel.

The MC's mother making a pact with the devil that made little sense. How mentally weak are all of these characters?

Do I need to go on? The whole game is filled with stuff like this.

The game could have really been great! The author has a real talent with rendering!

I can only recommend the game if you like pure fantasy novels with unrealistic characters with little basis in reality. Overall, the game was too unbelievable and over the top for me.

The writing is a bit overdramatic with the back and forth of the MC brooding over his decisions and lack of changing his actions. I enjoyed that the game acknowledges that the MC is a scummy dude with his actions toward the girls but it takes a while for him to finally make some changes. The big decisions you make feel a bit sudden and the characters acknowledge that. I can’t really sympathize with anyone except some of the girls but still a fun ride. Only played one route so far but it’s been an enjoyable ride so far, if a bit bumpy. The renders are amazing and making the whole thing worth it especially since there’s a hefty bit of sexual content. All in all I’ve been satisfied with the route I chose and will be given the others a shot. Definitely going to be following this one until the end.

After playing v0.10 of this game, here are my thoughts.

I likesd:
-Selena, Ella, Cherry and Rachel
-great renders and animations
-hot women and sex scenes (aside from the MMF and MMFF scenes which I hated)
-very engaging and unique story

I did not like:
-I really hated the MMF and MMFF scenes (I hate other cocks in games aside from the one that belongs to the character that I am playing)
-I hated the unavoidable MMF and MMFF scenes. I know that it was said to be part of the story but it would be appreciated by players like me who are not into those things if it was avoidable. I almost stopped playing the game at that point but decided to just fast forward and skip those scenes due to my curiosity on how the story will progress and thankfully that there were no other scenes which includes other men
-I also hated the scenes of Veronica and Rachel with the MC's father (it is good that Rachel's scene was avoidable)
-most women are too voluptuous for my taste (not much of a big deal)

Overall it is a good game that is driven by a unique, engaging and twisted story coupled with hot women and hot sex scenes. The only downsides for me are the inclusion of other men in the MC's sex scenes and the unavoidable sex scenes. I can't say much for the effect of the players choices in the early parts of the game if it does really have an effect on how the story progresses, but it the choices from the later parts of the game really does matter.

This game is an experience...

Not often you come around a game in the adult genre that deals with such psychological themes about the human condition. As a matter of fact it made me wonder if this should be an adult game at all or perhaps make the transition to full on drama or maybe mystery. I understand that the sex is used to convey the extremes of human's fucked up condition, but at some point i thought the Devs could make pass their point accross without it just fine due to superb writting.

It will not be a fun experience for many people, if not for the themes, just for the polarizing fetishes, mainly sharing, NTR and voyerism (none of which are my kinks btw, but i kept reading none the less because the story was so good). As a matter of fact at a certain point i noticed i was not aroused with the sex scenes. Not because of the animations or model, because they are good, but because the reasons for them to happen are messed up with little exceptions, and thats OK.

This is not a game about having fun with all the girls you can, its about the price paid for your goals and if you'll go through with the goals or not.

There's about forty different plotlines trying to happen at the same time, and while most people here would give it a pass because they just like sex scenes, i cannot in good mind tell anyone download a 4gb game to hold CTRL through.

Honestly it seems like the story is the best part, but its bogged down by horrible pacing.

After the last update, I can call myself a fan of this game.

On the plus side, there is a very unusual story with a few different branches, excellent renders, hot girls (especially Selina), great scenes and a varied number of fetishes.

Of the minuses (as for me, insignificant) there are several scenes that cannot be avoided, and a meaningless sandbox at the beginning of the game

Story is all over the place and incredibly difficult to follow. Renders are good as are the animations which is why the 2 stars. Story needs to be rationalised and at least make sense and have some sort of order that makes sense, this one doesnt.

Seducing The Devil [v0.10] [DeafPerv]

This is a good porny fuckfest of a game, the renders look good and the animations too (not all scenes are animated though, mostly the early ones). The pacing gets kind of confusing and hectic at times since there is a foreshadowed story line regarding the gods/demons that doesn't quite get explained or rather spelled out until much later in the game and so you have scene transiciones and characters popping in and out of scenes without explanation (the gods/demons are sort of omniscient and they posses and/or enspell the other characters into sex scenes that's the big WHOP). This game has music in the menu section, but oddly enough I couldn't hear music throughout most of the game and the open world sandbox parts seems unnecessary and ultimately get tossed out of the game. Choices matter but not a whole lot, you do get some different sex scenes you might miss otherwise and a scene gallery definently needs to be added. I hope the game keeps going a bit more and doesn't get cut short. I hope the MC gets to have fun with Bella and her family and some of the demon/god plot gets properly explained.

This game use to hold a lot of mystique for me because I wanted to see where it would go. I held off on writing a review with the hope that the dev would fix the game's many loose ends. At this late stage however, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen.

The backdrop of the mom's falling out with the devil is plainly lazy writing. Rachel goes to Lileva asking for help so she doesn't become her parents in lusting after her son, but the devil thinks she's becoming her parents anyway and punishes her by making the son(mc) impregnate her? To use the devil spawn to control Rachel? What?
The rest of the game is equally defined by the poor writing, from the often exaggerated dialogue to the simple characters who lack depth and have shallow motivations. Case in point, Ella, the mc's long distance gf who's supposed to be in her mid to late 20s breaks down after not being able to reach the mc for one day. Mind you, it's the same day he texted her that the mom ran away so it's understandable if he needs some space. Anyway, the dumb broad thinks the mc doesn't care about her anymore and her mom uses the opportunity to seduce her. That's the other thing. There are certain sharing scenes you can't avoid, not just with Ella, but with Veronica, who's seen getting intimate with the dad early in the game, and implicitly, Selina with Jason.. On top of that, despite the dev admitting that the game will be linear in the first half, you're forced to fuck pretty much every girl early in the game without ANY choice. The second half tells tells you that every time you want to fuck another girl, you'll be hurting your mom. You can't win in this game.

The time jumps so far haven't added any value to the storytelling beyond making things more confusing. Elsewhere, the early renders are most definitely showing their age. The unnecessary sandbox elements in the middle are a waste of time and drag the game further in the mud.

And finally, you have an unlikeable, immature, and pervy mc that overreacts to situations and has the emotional complexity of drywall.

All of these factors serve to deaden any taboo feelings you'll get from playing an incest game.

Regarding the most recent update (v0.10; May 1, 2021):

Fappable confusion the game :/. The renders are good, the woman are hot as for the writing well uh... yeah. The quality during scenes is pretty average for porn games. The story however is seriously an unholy mess.

The story jumps all over the place which isn't helped with the fact the chars memory gets fucked with. It makes everything messy and incoherent. As an example in the space of 5 mins the MC went from not having fucked a character to having fucked her on holiday but the game didn't show it and has been regularly having foursomes with her, her virgin daughter and her son since oh and she want to have your child, the scene then gets interrupted by a succubus. It took 5 minutes to go from me thinking my MC had never fucked her to THAT . I ended up CTRL through which kinda defeats the purpose of been a VN. But I just gave up.

It's saving grace is the scenes are mostly good well rendered and animated with fuckable woman, you also don't have to wait long between scenes there's quite a lot. It's just confusing to keep up with such an incoherent story.

A painfully average game that has the potential for more, but doesn't realize it.

The game looks really good. The models are hot (especially if you like them busty) and everything is rendered well. And it offers an overabundance of action with said models. But while these aspects are important, they are not the most important.

The most important aspect of a porn game is its story. Otherwise you might as well download a collection of porn pics. And the story is quite a mess.

Dev warns in the beginning that the players need to pay attention because the story is full of time skips and mind wipes. But no matter how much attention you pay, it remains a disjointed mess. Those mechanics are cool when used in moderation but when the whole story is a back and forth of time skips and memory fuckery, the plot loses any coherence it might had.

And while it's just speculation on my part, I can only think of one reason dev included this pointless back and forth. Many of these skips and mind wipes happen to redefine character relationships quite often. Suspiciously enough. So let's say a Patreon employee is called to review this for incest. After a while they will just give up on this clusterfuck because the relationships in this are constantly in flux. And might greenlight it.

I was torn between 2 and 3 stars but the update schedule made me lean towards the former.

There is one thing for sure: dev wastes no time in letting us know what type of game this going to be and stays true to that. Just a bunch of fucking, fucking, and even more fucking for days on end. It helps that the renders are incredibly solid to make each scene more satisfying. There is definitely a bit of incest but not as much NTR as some people were making it out to be as the MC doesn't exactly have a legitimate girl to share with everyone. He kinda just fucks as he's commanded to

With all that being said, I found myself confused for at least half the game. We're kinda just thrown into this world of devils, with time and space manipulation and contracts based on lust/love, with not much explanation at all. It's kinda like the dev said "sex, sex, sex!" then remembered that the premise needs to be mentioned. It isn't really until maybe episode 4 that we get a semi decent explanation about what's happening. After that point, you slowly begin to understand the mechanics of the game a little more. But even then, I still found myself confused with all the different time jumps and countless memory wipes.

It's a 3.5 out of 5 for me but rounding up since I the renders and graphics are still top notch and I guess the overall story is "intriguing" in a sense

I just finished playing the last version of this game (0.9).
This was the first time I've played Seducing the Devil,I found it looking for Mother/Daughter content but I've found out more than just that.
An incredible game where each character has a different personality but at the same time a thing in common,all the protagonists suffer a kind of lack of love that they replace with lust (at least from my point of view).
Plus,adding a lust Goddess that kidnapped the MC's mother changes everything.Now him has to be careful with his relationships with the girls of the game.
On a normal game the MC would fuck every girl just because he's horny,without a understable reason,but on this game the MC does it because he's innocent as a kid is and he just want them to be happy,even if that could kill his mother.
I would like to keep saying more positive things about Seducing the Devil but I don't know enough english(xd).My best wishes to DeafPervs with his outstanding game!

(The only negative thing that I can say about this game is the change of appearance the characters will have in the next update,especially Madison,but I understand that)
