I haven't tried the game yet but as I understand it the NTR is the girlfriend cheating on the mc with his mom (her's just to clarify), I think that should make it clear that there is incest.

The patch works fine (same with the incest patch), it was only ever meant for the Steam version anyway.

Hello anyone got saves before new content all paths? All of mine got error codes I can send mine and see if anyone can fix them will be much appreciated. Like I was only able to recover 5 of them, I play those 5 already to latest content. Those 5 are on page 5 of saves, buy I still lost out on 14 save out of total 19 that I had with all paths like reject some girls, keep some girls, harems good endings and bad endings to see it all. I really don't want to have to re do all that. It took me long because I also had 0.11 saves and lost them so on 0.12 I restarted everything and now same issue but on 0.13 update. ‍♂Sorry for rambling and thanks for any help.

There is no mod, Sancho disappeared more than a year ago now at this point. No one knows for sure what happened, that mod will never be updated.
