There's no cheating with a dude. You can disable cheating and sharing at the start of the game.
Girls will interact with each other, but the MC will be present, no way to disable it.

That's the plan. I'll remaster the full game with the current models and redo all the animations again. Expecting to have over 2000 animations in remastered release.

Yes, they are separated.
In the USA path, you get Becky, Olivia, Bethany
In UK path, you get Cathy, Kylie, Riley

The rest of the girls can be in both paths depending on your choice.

The holiday edition isn't a continuation of the original story. It's a fan service.
