I also spent a lot of time find the buttons to open the door for the reverse bunny suit.
Some of the switches are hidden inside objects.
There should be 1 switch that spawns in the hospital bed rooms, 1 switch that spawns in the MRI machine room/body room and 1 that spawns in the later room.
However the location of switches can vary a lot, like the one from the hospital bed rooms spawning in the security room between the bed rooms or the security rooms after the bed rooms. The last switch can even spawn in the waiting room right in front of the door for the reverse bunny suit.
I can tell you that all the 3 switches are definitely within the middle route, some of them are really well hidden
Since I already went and collect 4 sets for the starting 4 girls, I only need to collect the last set for Einomaru.
Don't forget you ( LycraPawn ) need to check the locker and shower rooms before even reaching reception, since they spawn there too.
Edit: So I rolled for level 8 and got bunny suit route with 2nd try. I located 3 buttons and for 20 minutes I was cleaning up 2nd part of the level 8 up to the boss, then came back and buttons didn't despawn. Grabbed buttons and unlocked the door.
They seem to spawn at the spots where other items also spawn, so if you think there's a spot that item spawns at but you didn't suspect a button to spawn at, check it anyway.

Copy it to your google drive and then download it. And as I posted earlier

this link is a walkthrough on each Act, how to get every costume and a way to understand the RNG and its a guide on how to complete each NTR quest as well as where to find the items for it and how to beat/cheeze each mingame.
You said it was "ALSO" NTS which is exactly what I said in my original post, bro. The implication being you didn't read what I said to begin with. Get an English tutor, you need to phrase sentences better so we don't have misunderstandings. No offense.
And yeah the DLC sucks but the NTR in the vanilla title sucked too, 3 scenes of very short reasons for the girls to bother with some guys too weak to survive unlike the protag. I remember making a joke about how the girls were actually just sluts since this protag is different from SoD 1 and they are quick to get on his dick as well. The best answer to all of these questions really is, these hoes ain't loyal and it can't be NTR if there was never any love to begin with.
I wish Kirara wasn't that much of an S but aside from that she's fine.
With Aya and Ichika they overbuffed their chests to the point it looks ridiculous.

I had the foresight to hunt for an extra combat armor and bikini armor in preperation for Einomaru's DLC. After the reverse bunny suit the only Pre-DLC outfit I need to get for Einomaru is the lingerie in Act 7. Couldn't really get through that without enabling invinciblity in the cheat engine. So please feel free to tag me if/when someone makes an updated cheat engine for Charm Song. Though I'll still have a long way to go for getting all the new costumes that come with the DLC. At least this guide seems to imply that the rest will be somewhat easier.

Fun fact, despite my relative troubles with the reverse bunny suit, that central office is the 2nd easiest one to do. (The cave path being the number one easiest costume to get.) Act 7 and the garage path of Act 8 were so hard for me that I had to resort to cheat engine in order to complete them. Invincibility for Act 7 and higher jumping for the Act 8 garage path respectively.

Thank you for giving me screenshots of almost every conceivable spawn point you could find the buttons in. Have you ever thought about putting this mini-guide of yours on Steam's guide section for Sweet Home + Charm Song?
When I got my first reverse bunny suit, I gave it to Kirara since I liked her the most. When I got my 2nd reverse bunny suit, I gave it to Aya. The threesome with Kirara and Aya in harem mode is my favorite. I found Hikari the most boring one. I originally wanted to make my team profile be Kirara, Ichika and Einomaru, but then I found out that I like Einomaru more. So here are my top five rankings from favorite to least favorite:
Kirara
Aya
Einomaru
Ichika
Hikari
All of them are great heroines/waifus mind you, but these are my personal preferences.
I've been asking that very same question in this thread many times already, so I understand where you're coming from. Unfortunately no one has been able to answer this question of ours. So I assume nobody else knows as well.
Kirara's dialogue perfectly fits with that derpy expression from that guy. Was gonna ask you where or how you got that venus outfit but this guide tells it's reader how to acquire it so you're good:

I remember one of you thread browsers saying you made this guide, but I don't remember who exactly off the top of my head so apologies for that.
EDIT: I finally got reverse bunny suits for all five heroines! It turned out to be easier then I remember it being. I guess being sleep deprived didn't help. Now that that's out of the way, how do I view the photos I've teken in photo shoot mode?

I find the final part of Act 7 to be quite easy once you figure out that fire is very effective.
Use the perk that gives you as many grenades and also the perk that changes them to Molotovs.
Once you have quite a number of Zeds and 2 special Zeds at the arena, throw a molotov on the biggest crowd or on the floor in front of you.
Fire makes a short work out of all Zeds, even the dickhead Tintan.
The biggest threat would be the ZBBA that mounts you, immobilizing you, causing you to lose your biggest advantage which is speed.
Also shoot the thing that drops Lingerie.

Thanks for the gameplay tips, but I'll most likely wait until the cheat engine is updated for Charm Song in that one. Or I could go back into earlier posts the tell me how to turn on invincibility with the current SotD2 cheat engine I have. Or does that one not work with the Charm Song version? But right now I'm exhausted and getting ready to slumber.
I didn't have those durpy eyes or cursed missing jaw, but I did have that npc replace the npc that was meant for Aya.
Still your bug there is pretty funny.
The only other npc bug I've seen is the butcher mob (the one with a mouth for it's stomach) where his head is missing, replaced by stretched pixles going inwards making it impossible for head shots. Luckly nothing game breaking at least for me.

I was going through act 7 final stage with the revolver, sword/katana and the heavy sniper rifle.
Most important skills were primary weapon faster reload + sage mode + extended health. I had also more cash skill and idk what else.
Load the buff to the max before entering and you have 300 HP at the start.
When buff goes off it drops to 200 but you'll sooner get damaged under 200 than lose it probably so you'll have a lot of HP left.
I was handling most of the mobs with the revolver, until a bunch of them gathered then I switched to the swords.
You have to learn how to avoid the lady when she tries to jump on you; I handled her and most of the mutants with sniper rifle since it has pretty high damage per bullet and in point blank you don't need to scope in or can quick scope, also makes it easier to deal with Tintan if you can land headshots properly.
I had only 3 grenades so I left them as last resort when surrounded or for the end when there's a few Tintans but still bunch of mobs left. If there's no mobs then I just used them against Tintans to deal with them faster.
Also you don't have to wait till the end to get lingerie, it appears half way if I remember right.
You can quit after getting it right then and there.
Just survive this long

It's supposed to be a guaranteed to spawn on all difficulties. I grinded all five lingerie sets by just starting at the checkpoint on easy difficulty and bull rushing through.
f you are still having skill issue there, I found a hackjob way of getting cheat engine 7.5 to give player invincibility. Search for your health value, take a bit of damage so it lowers, find the value that changed from your max health to your current health and select it. Then change the value to whatever, and toggle the 'active' box. Whenever you get hit you'll take damage and the hp will lower, but cheatengine will automatically reset you to the value you inputted, the hp bar won't update until you take damage, so you'll likely see ~90% hp all the time unless you eroheal.
