Is it just Ryona, or does it have some nice rape in it?

I don't mind the girl getting thrown around a bit, but IMO it's not sexy if there's no sex. Or too much blood.

I know this has been discussed to death on this forum, but there are reasons for all of it.

Q. Why do they still have this dumb law?
A. Because it has to be repealed in order to go away, and any politician who champions that is going to get eviscerated as a degenerate. There is pretty high consensus that it's a stupid law that accomplishes nothing, but no one is going to be the one to die on that sword.

Q. Why are cross sections okay but not actual genitals
A. Because the stupid law is specific and needs to be complied with specifically. There's an argument that cross sections became popular because they were a sort of work around to the law.

Q. Why not release a non-censored patch for other regions
A. Because this results in reverse-importation. Basically releasing uncensored overseas results in no one buying the domestic version and just importing the uncensored version into Japan. The government can then argue that the company is breaking the law by selling uncensored content overseas deliberately with the intention of going *wink wink* "you can buy the real version here" which opens them up to fines and other penalties. This isn't an explicit thing mind you, it's just a *potential* legal issue, and often times businesses will try to avoid the potential fight even if they haven't technically violated any laws.

There's also the side aspect of development, where a lot of devs just don't bother to put anything meaningful under the mosaic, which becomes apparent if you remove it. So it's an added cost to them to then have to implement it later which often isn't worth it, since people who are willing to buy hentai are unlikely to be deterred by the mosaic.
Just saying

"After the surrender of Japan in 1945, the Supreme Commander of the Allied Powers abolished all forms of censorship and controls on freedom of speech. Article 21 of the Constitution of Japan was later integrated in 1947 to guarantee that the Japanese had the freedom to associate with each other and express their thoughts freely. However, press censorship remained a reality during the occupation of Japan, especially in matters of pornography, and in political matters deemed subversive by the American government

After World War II, the law against 'obscenity', Article 175, was the only official censorship law that remained in force. During the Allied occupation of Japan, which lasted until 1952, all forms of sexually explicit material were prohibited in the country. American forces occupying Japan imposed Western ideas of morality and law. The Japanese public slowly came to adopt some of these ideas and practices. Negative ideas of pornography, which was foreign to Japanese culture, were accepted and applied to visual depictions as they were the ones most likely recognized and thereby criticized by Westerners. As a result, once the occupation forces left, the Japanese government kept the ban on sexually explicit material in place until the late 1980s; images or depictions of frontal nudity were banned, as well as pictures of pubic hair or genitals. No sex act could be depicted graphically. Sex work was outlawed in Japan in 1958"

Shamelessly taken from wikipedia.
People really need to wake up & realise who's the main culprit for this "Stupid Law"

I downloaded from the Mega link, nothing popped up on my scans.

Gameplay is fun, the controls are easy, combat simple, concept is very good. Animations are pretty decent also, very smooth. It is fairly addictive in the "just one more round" sense.

I'm pretty sure a couple of the achievements are fucking impossible because I am certain I hit 5 enemies with the teleport spell and it didn't trigger, same with the "use 3 types of magic against shadow witches in a single battle" one. Also some of the missions seem impossible to hit every target, like CH3 Nepenthe's Garden, I haven't found the right combination to beat that one in under a minute even though I'm deep into chapter ex2, it's just a loooooong ass 'map' and nothing is fast enough to get over there and do enough damage in time.

If anyone has any tips, I am all ears. Or a cheat, whatever, I'm not proud.

Alright so my interpretation of the achievement text was incorrect. You're not using 3 types of magic against shadow witches, you are summoning three types of elemental shadow witch. So just summon a fire/grass/lightning/ice in a single fight.

Also managed to hit enough enemies to get that other one also. So yeah, got them all unlocked.

Still working on the individual levels though, not that it gets me anything more at this point.

I'm a law student and am curious, do you know of this occurring because that's wild, and nearly impossible to argue in courts. I'm more curious than anything, because in most 1st world legal systems for a charge like that to occur intent would need to be provable without doubt and even so we still get uncensored games/ pornos released internationally so the arguement itself isn't strong for a case I wouldn't think?

to be fair, the Japanese legal system is notoriously corrupt. The prosecution always wins in Japanese courts.

Even the Japanese are aware of that and they hate it, but Japan being Japan nobody's got the balls to stand against it openly.
