Ren'Py Seeds of Chaos [v0.4.05 Dev] [Vénus Noire]
Oh man what a disappointing update.
1.-Ruler and exploration events are nice for fluff but not really necessary at this point. They don't take us closer to part 2.
2.-More fkin Andras scenes, as if he wasn't the one with x2 more scenes that anyone else. The guy doesn't really need more scenes for part 1. What we need is to have more Jez scenes to balance things out.
3.-Blackholt. I can't see the end of the goblin quest.
I was hoping we could close some open fronts with this update (maybe finishing the goblins once and for all, or the fae, or any of the character arcs that we stil have open).
I downloaded the update on my android but it still doesnt work on Joiplay, like the last version.
Any idea on how to fix that?

Do you already have the renpy plug in installed? That could be the issue or you may need to update joiplay itself.
i played this game like 4 years ago i did not like the gay stuff that i was forced to play to keep the story going,

Yeah, I have the latest Joiplay and plug in ((7.4.11) installed and it still doesn't work

The most annoying thing about this game is that the scenes are added BEFORE the art is added.
So sure they added 100 new scenes but sorry buddy it's all just black screen and text until the next update.
Okay I'll just wait until the next update but by the time that one comes out and the old scenes get art, there's more new scenes with no art... It's an annoying cycle that makes me never want to play it because I don't want run into incomplete no art scenes.
Also, good lord these devs have been at this game for like a decade and still are clueless about why people like their game.
We like it because the of story, characters, and the porn. We DO NOT care about the exploration, stats, random events, buying items, skill checks, etc etc. All that extra stuff is just pointless and no one cares about it except the devs who are hellbent on increasing the scope of the game and shoving features down our throats.
Honestly if they just released a streamlined version that was only VN and some castle sandbox, that would be an infinitely better game. Cut out all the extra shit that wastes everyone's time and just focus on what's working.

The black screen scene is not even a matter that can be easily taken care of on the player's side. If you just stop playing when you run into a black screen scene, there might be illustrated scenes after that one since the game is a sandbox and not linear progression. So you might think about making save files for scenes without art and coming back to it later. But when you do come back to it after art is added, the saves are broken. Lol. So you restart for the third time on this very non-skippable gameplay exploration just to get a decent playthrough with the scenes you missed. Then you realize it's all just a waste of time.
I made a suggestion a while ago that maybe it would be a good idea to hold off on putting out scenes that lack art. I mean, the writers can write at the same rate, but it will just be stored until the art gets produced. That is the sensible thing to do, but all I got was some sarcastic quip about how patreons voted for black screen scenes. Shrug. Just wait a few decades until the game is completed and then play on your death bed.
Other people have told me they use console to play the scenes that gets art added. If your game requires people to use dev console to play, you are doing something very wrong.

Been so long since Alexia confessed to Andras about wanting to have kids, but Rowan refuse. Andras tell her that Rowan doesn't have to be the father, and explain that Rowan don't need to know, before leaving. Alexia then ponder seriously about children, and consider having Andras breed her. What blue balls for years, and at the pace this game been going, it'll be 10 year before we get the scene, and 20 for the birth of her first child.
Is there any full gallery save? I don't want to play through the entire game for a 20th time until is finished.

Apparently I'm a dev now. When will I get access to the "dev exclusive stuff"? Can't wait to check it out.
That's not the last Renpy plugin, not like I think that it will change the outcome but you can try it.

Is this game worth playing if I'm only interested in lesbian / futa stuff with Alexia? I don't care much for Rowan's sexual adventures.
