Yes, you can flat out turn off NTR options, if you turned it on just make sure to juggle Alexia

avatar.gold=9000
avatar.skill_points_available+=75

You can change the value with how much you want.

You have to download the full game, but saves carry over, as long as you make it in the main castle menu.

Same. Though in my case I rescued her and was having an affair. So to get back at me for letting the duke escape the twins turned her into some sort of unholy sex slave.

Also, in regards to the Steam release, it is currently delayed due to something big happening with our publisher which I am not at liberty to disclose, but I will let you all know (probably on twitter) as soon as I have a release date for it.

Initially thought it might be related to their second game, but not sure why would they delay the update to come with release of second game, so next guess would be another cosplay(think there was an Alexia one back in 20 or 21 by forgot her name and can't find it).

I don't have the game on Android so I don't know. On PC you need to edit a file to enable it. I'm not sure how you can do that on android.

if you play pc version using joiplay, you can edit the save file using online save editor
but I didn't know about android version, I never try it

Is there anyway way for the relationship between those two to commit without rowan knowing? Or does no such route like that exist? Not a fan of the whole rowan knowing and giving blessing thing.
