Yeah figured out a way to play it on Joiplay.
I'm using Joiplay 1.20.550 alongside the Renpy Plugin 8.3.3 and it's capable of running the game
To ensure you're using that specific plugin,
Edit the type to Renpy (Python 3) after holding the game icon for a few seconds
That did nothing but im thinking joiplay is not loading 8.3.3 correctly or if at all because i reinstalled the plugin and still crashes but I have noticed it might not load the plugin because the loading screen is like the other options (black colored instead of white) like it used to.
Look i'm not gonna sugarcoat it, nobody knows first act has been going for about 8 to 9 years so i guess a good estimate would probably be year 2041
A way to check wether the plug in is being used is to, play the game and when the black screen shows up (just before it crashes) shift to the multi app view ( the button right next to the home button).
The view shows which specific plugin version Joiplay is using to run the game.

Yeah I felt the story around each scene was solid but the sex was just formulaic. As I said, it doesn't help that it started so rough on the very first sex scene you'll see if you are doing that path and then all those scenes were just OK. Not bad, but just OK.
I haven't seen much in the way of the gay scenes, but dick size seems to vary greatly no matter who the character is or what kind of content it is. We're constantly told that Andras has a huge dick but the size varies wildly between scenes even in the straight content where he's the aggressor. His first scene with Alexia has him size shame Rowan, but it doesn't take long for Rowan's dick gets referred to in ways that indicate he's massive on a regular basis. Rowan is big enough to satisfy orc women, spider women, dragon women, women women, women men, men women, men men, demon men, demon women, women goblins, men goblins, wolf fae women, wolf fae men, succubi, succubi with dicks, incubi, pretty sure there's also a floating head in there too... a dwarf... plenty of things and I don't recall any complaints. The dragon women are especially impressive since they're essentially dragon centaurs and therefore look like they would function under horse sizing rules.
tldr; all dicks, no matter who they're attached to, seem to vary in size. Tits too for that matter.

You can get it if you have a good relationship with Jezera along with a high level of submission. It's basically a Jezera femdom event in which she rewards Rowan for his loyal serviceYou can trigger it only in the later part of the game since one of the requirements is to have a lvl 3 Hall built.

I'm not sure if it is in the gallery at all, unfortunately, since it's a new event. But you can access it manually through the dev console (if you have it enabled). The event's name is "Armchair therapy".

Don't know about deleted content, only that the Patreon version had some content removed to abide their new guidelines (unless that's what you meant) and that many scenes were reworked along the time and the respective CGI's replaced by new ones in many cases.

Same old roadmap just more goblins, they're adding some new options in the Rastadel's battle and Rowan is more cuckold than ever (they go full AndrasxAlexia content). Act2 maybe at the end of this year.
