ok the game is not that confusing, its just a little bit. Even tho the initial plot do not make any sense if you dont have stockholm syndrome. Why the fuck would i want to fuck around with demons that raided my village? I refused the proposal thinking i was going to get a different path and i get an game over lmao. it's not one iota confusing. The whole point and premise is that you are blackmailed into doing their bidding... first with the wife being an hostage, then having no support out there, and the collars to threaten you and the wife further. What path did you expect when they can just kill you and the wife right out of the bat ?

You decide how much or how little you let the twins corrupt and twist you. You can in many cases flat out refuse to do the job properly, sabotage it, and help their opponents, and plan for revenge and overturning them. In theory you can remain somewhat pure, except at the cost of other people (and it makes for the most boring playthough anyway)

Just hold yourself to the possibility of getting your sweet revenge on the end (even if that may never happen, at least that will be enough to push you forward... or not).

You can always refuse them and die during the intro. That is really the only good path you can take.

Two(3) years ago i tried this game again and had a feeling that it leaned very heavily into ntr/gay but i can understand that, considering themes of debauchery and demons, not my cup of tea but whatever. Now my main gripe with this game is different - it turned into the same slop with microupdates/reworks/miking supporters. Oh well, at least i hope artist/s are payed fairly because they surely deserve so.

you are assuming a lot of things and most of them are wrong
game 1 will most likely be finished sometimes roughly near start of next year if developers can continue delivering content with same speed.

It is impossible to take the developers estimates about time seriously. Each new year the developers say next year, then the year passes and they say next year again. It is fine that it isn't finished, but I always wished they did a better job of either knowing their target or staying on it- whichever is the major hang-up. Maybe both?

Buuuuuuut....now that the developers favorite arcs are in their final states for act 1(Andras NTR and the Slave pathing) we might see a quicker transition to act 2 as they bushwhack other routes to get to the end point b/c their player base is so collectively frustrated. They already said they were basically giving up on enhancing the Rastdel arc. Jezera NTR will finish at like 50% the size of the Andras arc, the final Gob and final Astarte arcs may end up cursory ect, ect. I ain't saying it is 1000% gonna happen- buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut, it is likely gonna happen.

Don't get me wrong- I understand the decision if it is the one they make, they just may leave a various faction of their fanbase in dis-satisfaction and trudge on hoping to rekindle their interest in the new scenarios in act 2.

I am sure there is also monetary pressure on them to get to act 2- since they are selling it is a separate title on Steam , and said they were doing a price hike on Patreon for new subs. They are definitely thinking about finances. Again, I understand. Game doesn't make itself and they all gotta eat and thrive.

Guess we will all see what happens.

Biggest problem here for me is that both of them left all the things to Rowan and only come for some sexy scene. I mean, why the heck the son of demon lord spends most of his time in barracks when throne room is given to freaking Rowan to do his thing, same for Jazera, daughter of the Demon God, but always staying at her room while letting Rowan handle all the things...whyy why are they so retarded? Forget about Rowan, what their subordinates will think here? Goblins already come under them because of Rowan and dwarf gets chummy with him quite fast, even breeder sides with Rowan, and you can let Sorcerer in library dom you and frankly side more with you than them

Why the heck devs created such weak Demon enemies? Their presence should have scared the players, but no, they have 0 impact, its so bad that it feels like a third rate villain from some trash korean novel will be better than them. And this Andras, he is quite quick in haunting Alexia and saying that she is his woman or what not, but damn man he sounds so pathetic because he only appears as an aftermath, I recently saw a scene where Alexia was thinking about kids, and shame on Rowan for not having 1 for 8 fkkng years, anyways then like a ghost he comes behind her, harass her, and then leave. Whats the link here? Why does it feels like Devs just forced him into this scene. And this happens a lot with Andras, MC going on with his work, solving it, and then he comes and says he did the work mainly. I mean, fk it man, so pathetic.

As a corruption fan I would suggest devs to create a branch where Alexia or Rowan feminize this little shit, maybe then he would be a bit redeemable.

i think in fertility treatment nasim said that solansias priest cast a spell or something to prevent rowan from having baby because they leaving rowan to backwater town is okay but what happen if he have decendent who want claim title for their fathers work as for andras i understand your point as for rowan we dont know if he really have some spell on him or not

For this part specifically, it pays to remember the Rule Zero* of the game. Rule Zero for SoC can be stated, essentially, as follows: Jezera and Andras are incompetent at achieving their stated objective. If they weren't then there would have been no need to kidnap and blackmail Rowan and Alexia to do it for them, they'd have just done it themselves.


* The thing which all elements of the plot hang off and without which the whole story disintegrates

Her raw power is high, she can create illusions, is definitely a born manipulator, feed on souls...and so on. And the best part, to me at least? She makes the "evil is sexy"trope work. Her evilness is tempting, which is what I want when I play a villain.




I could not care less about the twins because they are absolute cretins in my book. And don't start me on the cuck route because I didn't even touch that. In my save/run, Rowan and Alexia's relationship is solid and they are on the path of revenge, together.



So even in the cheating department the twins failed.

Probably because we all know that you can just use UnRen in Renpy games to start the console. And the game has a full on developer mode to unlock which does not need console commands.

Sorry, but you are a couple of years early.
We are basically still at the beginning (Act I) and any success of revenge comes later.

Though they do plan to reduce the gameplay for the future to actually increase the release speed for the future acts (who are standalone).
It will still take years (best case) or decades (worst case).
