This is a NTR game first and foremost. Nothing wrong with people who like that, to each their own, no kink shaming. But don't try to deny it by making it seems is a normal game with some NTR.

Yes, the NTR is avoidable, and the vast majority of the content is focused around M/F content for the Male Protagonist. Yes, the game has been very much designed to support a NTR plot, and does develop said plotline quite regularly - simultenously to developing a Faithful route for Rowan/Alexia.
Just try it man. You can disable NTR, or you can enable NTR, but simply tell the Red Demon to fuck off everytime he approaches Alexia, and bang the female demon for some hot lesbian action. It's good fucking stuff, winter has been pulling his A game there. There's a fucking floating fingering - what's there not to love? Just look at it.

Just count the number of scenes with Alexia doing someone else (and lesbian cheating is still cheating) as opposed to the faithful route

It is being developed. It's simply slower, partially because due to the multistate nature of both heroes, any event involving both of them can be considerably more complex than an average NTR event.
Also - obviously the sum of ALL the NTR events will always be greater than the amount of Rowan x Alexia events. Ideally the amount of each one NTR route would be roughly equivalent to the faithful route.
We'll get there eventually.

Consider their situation : Rowan is sent out on the field for a long time and only return for a short while. Meanwhile Alexia is stuck in a castle of not so good people. There more chance for Alexia to get fucked behind Rowan's back than getting from her own husband.
I dunno man, the game is not pure porno with random characters having sex each other without rhyme or reason, there's a story. And when there's story, usually you characters like the protagonist where you can empathize in, which I certainly feel for Rowan and the trouble he's in (forced in a role he has no wish to be part of, his wife is in danger, his old home is gone etc...). If you're in only for the sex, more power to you, but there's no reason to deny there's story going in the game.
Eh there are so many scenes already with Alexia and Rowan. They've been fucking like rabbits since the first scene of the game. What on earth are people complaining about?

Think of Alexia as a not-so-dutiful (or dumb) Penelope from the Odyssey: powerful forces keep the couple apart and push the husband towards the bed of a plethora of mythical beings, but instead of waiting by the window and do some tapestry as Rowan inseminates the globe, she decides to get some fun of her own and get rid of the cobwebs.

If not for vast NTR content, this game wouldn't be half as good as it is. Most popular games are afraid of NTR or deliver it poorly. Seeds of Chaos is a master class when it comes to NTR. I hope for more even more Alexia corruption content in the future, especially with Andras, Jezera, and orcs.

Since my last post was deleted as being “off-topic,” I must reiterate: your lies are less convincing than this.
Scene counts have been taken, and while I don’t remember exact figures, the vast majority of sex scenes don’t involve any kind of NTR; there are more scenes of Alexia fucking Rowan than any single other partner (not even including scenes with Rowan, Alexia, and a third party); and more scenes of Rowan fucking people other than Alexia than of Alexia fucking people other than Rowan.
NTR is one of the primary fetishes served by the game, but pretending it’s the main theme is intentionally dishonest and patently absurd. Every fetish in this game is optional, and none make up anything close to a majority of the sex scenes. Unless you consider heterosexual sex a fetish.
