I think they mean overall motive of being a slave/servant to demon overlords, not ACTUAL NTR, they probably just expected a powerfantasy of MC getting entire world under the shadow his dick.
I think it's way more interesting storywise to be a servant that builds his own agenda with power and allies he gathers behind the twins' backs, but to each their own i suppose.

I think it's pretty clear that this game is not about playing a hero turned villain (although you can become that depending on how you play it). The very synopsis says that your peaceful world is turned upside down and you find yourself to be a servant of evil creatures. And you find out since the beginning what's the situation. So it's not like it's a huge surprise that needs some special warning.
To be honest I'm pretty glad that the game is not treating the main character as someone that becomes evil with the turning of a switch, which is pretty cliche in such games, and that it builds up from a situation of impotence to the exploration of the various options.

The further you get in the story, and depending on how much you allowed yourself to be submissive to the twins, Rowan gets more and more options of making new allies loyal to the twins or to himself. Most of these are still unfinished, but it's clearly there.

Rowan can be dominant in quite a few scenarios, many characters are even sub only towards him. The twins are just hard to dominate and since they are the most prevalent in the game, it comes across as if Rowan is a bitch, because he is their servant (if he refuses them, he gets a Game Over).

The bigger problem is that most scenes or characterspecific plotlines aren't interconnected. Coupled with the possibility to refuse every scene (so that patreon can't rate anything there as rape, very wild and technical logic), there isn't am overarching coherence. Rowan can fawn over characters in one quest, then act entirely different in another one.

there is more ntr than andras. theres at least the jezera route, and I think anything greyhide is under the ntr tag as well, judging by my look in the scripts

I expect the issue with not wanting Rowan to be so submissive is that the game is being created at a glacial pace. If we ever have the full game (big IF) then Rowan can likely end up with a very satisfying dominant arc by the end. But by then some of us will be in our 50s-60s

If you still want to get the scene I'm pretty sure you can get it really early on by just having Alexia sleep with Andras. Not gonna lie someone needs to replace the screenshots for the front page here, all the art there has been updated
