From a Doyle standpoint, I'm not sure if the Goblins are meant to have a overaching role in the plot and could plan to rebel. Like the orcs, they are mostly there to increase the army and demons influence.
Else, depends on how radical the remaining three outcomes in the Goblin arc turn out.
Zii-Zii: Best case she just takes charge and Tue-Row accepts being played. Or he gets subdued and only formaly a leader (just like her on hos route) or he flees and develops a grudge. Worst case she kills him.
Tue-San: Seems pretty in line with Tue-Row. Zii-Zii likely gets killed. Ruthless and strict order, but order nonetheless.
Che-Lin: Highly depends if she and Tue-Row are even willing to get back together. If so, Goblins get peaceful, which could make Tue-Row resentful. Else he and Zii-Zii are banished/killed.

They added a lot of AndrasXRowan scenes over the last year, first fleshing out their arc and then adding an extra scene for the Astarte battle. At this point the only gay scenes I see for Rowan left in this Chapter is maybe something more with the wolf and then I'd assume that once they actually get to fleshing out Rastedel, there should be some kind of chapter finale sex scene for the main routes (so this should include some form of AndrasXRowan again?)
She doesn’t strike me as the type to enjoy sharing, it’s more likely she’d leave him tied up in her room and keep him all to herself.
I wouldn’t call it dumb to betray the betrayer, justice for my girl Che-Lin. Also you vastly underestimate the sheer destructive power of massive goblin tits. Even if he wasn’t a known betrayer of his closest friend and ally I’d still screw him over in a heartbeat for Che-Lin.No point to make that route, no bodies dumb enough to betray our little homie.

Her third event might not even have it also, I imagine she’s the type who won’t put out until Rowan does something big and proves himself loyal to her, like solve the goblin conflict in her favour. It could be a lots of events away, but it will certainly be worth the wait. I think she has the cutest sprite in the game so hopefully the CGs will be equally gorgeous.
