Try updating the renpy plugin and joiplay app to it newest version. It fixed similar problems with other renpy games.

It is not an option.
The Werden pathing is only available if you save Delane from the three separate flavors of Orc rape pathing in Orcaide. Gotta rescue her for it to be an option.
Ergo, If you go with the Stockholm Syndrome prisoner to lover trope rape path where you convince her to stay and be with Ulcro and she sorta gets some proxy power- you cannot access the Werden pathing later.

In my playthroughs I decided it doesn't make sense for either MC or FMC to lust after the people who massacred their village, kidnapped them and basically forced them into slavery so I never bother with either of the NTR paths. You could have made that choice too.
Also you can make your wife slutty just for you. Just do the fertility treatments and she goes corrupt. Plus, massive tits.
Yup I've chose that route and it was fucking torture for me I've deleted that save started new one without ntr it's good amd what's that fertility ritual I'm in week 5-7 probably...
you realize she doesn't actually "whoring out" like it just depends on YOUR choice so if you don't wanna see it don't press the choice where she does it.
