Pregnancy is all-but-confirmed for the later acts (Act 3 most likely), as adding children into the mix is just far too many variables to consider for each decision going forward, especially for a game already suffering from character bloat.

It also worth mentioning that Cla'min does inform Rowan that she's pregnant at the end of her arc. So I would expect to see how that plays out in Part 2. (Alexia is going to be so pissed )

It seems I was mistaken. but she does ask you to impregnate her, and plans on putting forth great effort into the attempt.

How do you get that scene? Ive gone through the orc camp quest a few times now, and its never popped up in any path.

It's one of the random events that can happen when you pick the "Explore the Camp" option, after meet with her for the first time you need to get another event using the same "Explore the Camp" option for the scene.

Edit: The name of the first event is "the_unlucky_slave" and the second is "the_orc_slaves_fate".
