I think the most realistic way to end them is to trick them into killing each other, it's not uncommon for brothers in monarchies to stab each other in the back for power, so rowan and alexia could work to plant the seed of discord between them and make them want to kill.

In a theoretical end to the game I imagine there would be options along this line. The twins definitely do chafe with each other somewhat. I could see both of them betraying each other if they thought it furthered their goal of helping them build their kingdom.

Personally I’d love to kill Andras and worship the Queen that is Jezera.

I could see plenty of scenarios
a) as you said, get them to kill each other or at least Andras kills Jezera, she mortally wounds him, you get to finish him yourself or vice versa
b) you gain a boon by Kharos for being a true champion of Chaos (the Twins were absolutely ready to drop the ideology and be feudal lords and probably would prefer that) which lets you enslave one or both of them though perhaps you have to gain their favour first. This would be the perfect ending to an Overlord path imo, have them as your slaves or heck have them as your champions and/or consorts
c) you get the Living Saint to kill them

Another pathway, Goddess becomes a new variable and tries to destroy whole chessboard with Rowan and others turned into just pawns for the fight between Kharos and Goddess in literal and explicit sense. I would love for a powerful figure come and destroy everything Twins did, leading to just pure chaos

What I like about Andras is that at first he clearly wants to do NTR to Rowan and show that he is superior in every way, but when you win his favor it gives the sensation that he is addicted to Rowan's ass not only because of the feeling of superiority for fucking one of the great heroes and that he enjoys his cock (Which is not bad by the way XD), he seems to want Rowan's prestige and respect... it should be clear that this does not take away my desire for Rowan to beat Andras to a pulp at some point, let's be realistic, he deserves it :v

I think Andras has some severe daddy issues that he is taking out on Rowan and you could very well reverse those to a service top with a praise kink

But for now, we have to endure, the other endings are just lame by comparison, but i think that my second ending would be the sabotage ending where Rowan decide to burn it all and have his revenge.

No, but its generally indicative. The Alexia NTR happens if you let her be a slut and responsive to the twins, respectively.
Branching only matters for Hellayna (lover, let her escape etc.), Orc Camp (four outcomes in the walkthrough), Goblin Town (likely 4 outcomes, but Rowan can go through all for and choose one outcome at the end) and Capital (around 3 options, Delane may also be a factor if she escaped).
Roughly, the game branches into ruthless conquest Rowan becoming a villain, pacifist tragic Rowan trying to undermine the twins and sort of neutral Rowan, optionally devoted to one of the twins.
