We already got more monster "guys" scenes since then do it's not impossible, it just won't be available in the Patteon version that's for sure.

To be fair no other visual novel rpg has gone through as many revisions or had various systems implemented (weapons / armor), removed (original skills), implemented (new skills), then adjusted (side quests). They put the priority on the writing and various rpg elements with the main characters it shows. Alexa corruption arcs are bar-none the best in the entire game imo.

While that's good it feels a bit too ambitious and shows an overall lack of vision the Dev's want to keep polishing and improving the gameplay experience but that's getting in the way of actual progress through the story, a proper balance would be better.

So much waste in act 1, uuuuuuuuuuuugh...

Forgive me if I'm skeptical. I'll believe you've scaled down when we're not presented with a 99% empty map that dice rolls for scenes and features a bunch of "And so Rowan walked into a swamp and an imp farted at him." *three steps lost* scenes.

The seeds are already there. A corrupted Rowan may one day turn the twins against each other based on whichever one he is involved with. There's also the fact that much of what the twins do is reliant on Rowan, it wouldn't be too crazy to expect a pure Rowan to sabotage the twins by putting people he knows he can trust into the right positions thus allowing him to overthrow the twins at the most opportune moment. Unfortunately we're unlikely to see that until around 2042.
