Nah. I wouldn't expect being able to give either twin their comeuppance until some time in Act 3. If this was a traditional video game with 10 levels, we're currently on level 3 and the twins are end game bosses.
But in video games, we cant reach end bosses until the final time no matter what you do, and MC, the team will be safe from boss upto the final level while MC is building slowly. In adult games like SOC, end bosses can reach wife quite early and fuck her (more harder and better than you never imagine) all along the game if you aren't careful. Fair start? Bull shit.

This is the reason I was not optimistic about the game's prospects when I first played it: the player base is diverse, but mainstream players are still used to immersing themselves in the protagonist—especially in an interactive game that’s not just a visual novel. After all, you’re controlling the protagonist’s actions, so it’s hard to avoid some degree of immersion. Most players aren’t masochists, so how can they not feel humiliated and distressed when playing an adult game where a pair of abusive demon twins ride roughshod over the player-controlled protagonist, with all the protagonist’s resistance proving futile? The classic example is trying to rescue that noble lady from the orc camp, only to be forced into submission in the main city, captured by the demon twins, and made to watch as she’s transformed into a mindless demonic sex slave right in front of the protagonist. (Unless the player is a masochist, which I can’t argue with—but such people are undoubtedly a minority.) What’s more, the protagonist is portrayed as a heroic figure overall, making it even harder to accept him being constantly suppressed by these demon twins. Not to mention, the game’s development cycle has been extremely long—close to a damn decade. With the gaming market evolving rapidly and new titles emerging constantly, how long can players who were willing to wait for the game’s subsequent developments maintain their patience? This will inevitably lead to a significant portion of players abandoning the game (I’d even say the mainstream, since those who can either avoid immersing themselves in the protagonist or enjoy immersing themselves in their suffering are a minority).

If the game’s developers intend to create a work with a stronger artistic focus and care less about revenue, the protagonist clearly has the ability to confront and defeat the demon twins. Yet the twins, as descendants of the Demon King, possess inherent overwhelming power that crushes all the protagonist’s resistance, leaving him with nothing but sorrow. But in the current main storyline, the protagonist actually submits willingly and serves this pair of demon twins. Unlike some other characters in the game who have weak wills and can be brainwashed by demons to swear allegiance, if the protagonist were such a person, how could he have achieved remarkable feats as a mortal during the previous Demon King War, been favored by the Goddess, and had his heroic deeds sung throughout the continent? This is highly illogical. Rowan can feel anger and resentment towards the human empire for dismissing and belittling his contributions in slaying the Demon King back then, which moves him to assist the demons in overthrowing the Goddess and the old order after being persuaded by the female demon. Yet he remains indifferent to the constant humiliation and oppression from the demon twins and sincerely dedicates himself to putting them on the throne—not to mention that Andras, that arrogant bastard, has always had designs on his most cherished wife. Such a contradictory portrayal of the protagonist is absurd; even from an artistic perspective, the character development is self-contradictory.

Additionally, as an aside: NTR games are becoming more and more common, but from what I know, most people who are enthusiastic about NTR prefer to immerse themselves in the role of the "yellow-haired" character who cucks the incompetent loser protagonist—not the other way around. They absolutely do not enjoy being cuckolded. If given a choice, they would undoubtedly prefer to play NTL games like Hero Party Must Fall.

Of course, it could be argued that all these current issues with the game can be resolved well in the subsequent plot developments. However, it’s undeniable that considering this is by far the slowest-paced main storyline I’ve ever seen in an adult game, I have serious doubts about whether this slow-updating game can remain competitive in the future market, where product update speeds are accelerating with the development of AI technology.

Well, patreon page having over 1800 subs, devs got nice support to survive. But, I bet large chunk of the income comes from NTR/Sharing/Bestiality fanbase as Non-NTR fanbase (except the "handholding is hardcore sex" gang) left already.

So was it ever stated that Rowan just got very very unlucky when he failed to behead Jezera or did she had endurance and regeneration that would make every attack he did worthless?

I believe she is significantly tougher than he had anticipated which caught him by surprise. I hesitate the say hat he absolutely couldn't kill her in combat. But it wold be a very difficult dawn out fight, with a high probability of failure. And that's if it was one-on-one. That said I think the reason his surprise attack failed was because he underestimated her. If he knew how tough she would be he likely would have been able to devise a way to take her out. It was a close thing for Jezera as it was, so even something as simple as having a back up weapon and not being surprised by her resilience could have made the difference for Rowan.

If I remember right, according to the lore, while Rowan was part of the hero party that defeated the Demon King, he didn't participate in the actual combat against the Demon King. The ones that actually fought the Demon King was a super powerful paladin type, getting buffed by a super powerful priest, while the rest of the heroes (including Rowan) helped get them to the confrontation and ran interference so other demons couldn't interfere with the fight.

Jezera and Andras aren't as powerful as their father (if i had to guess I would say they are each about half as powerful), But Rowan was not the most powerful warrior either. He is a very skilled fighter, but his greatest strength lies in his planning and cunning.

Except that they absolutely will not fuck you wife at all unless you specifically choose for them too. You can just choose to have her say no. You don't even have to be careful to navigate it. When Andras walks in helicoptering his dick in Alexia's direction and asks her if she wants to fuck, she can just say no with no consequences. The most of the threats are just an illusion.

And I don't know about you, but in a lot of media including video games that I've experienced, the MC encounters has run ins with the big bad multiple times whether directly or indirectly. and most of those times involves the situation getting worse. It's called raising the stakes. And often time raising the stakes involve bad things happening to people, things, or places that the MC cares about. Many stories involve things getting progressively worse throughout the story until some kind of last ditch hail mary at the end. Sure this is a bit of a non traditional set up in that the big bads are right here, but I still expect it to largely play out in this traditional manner
